Amazing place with amazing service .. we have ordered one veg pizza and it was delicious .. went with mega mod . The crust is superb and it was ready within 10 mins . Really they have great range of toppings that u will never go missing with . The front desk server was amazing and she really took time to explain the diff between mod and mega mode and she also took care of my choice of topping without rushing me . I had the same experience when i visited to Utah. Recently gone through company’s vision and really impressed by that.

Just tried Mod for the first time. Very glad I did!! I went to the one in Towson, Md. and the food and service was EXCELLENT!!! Greeted upon entering and served with a smile throughout ordering my pizza. Staff was very polite and made me feel welcome. The pizza was amazing and cooked just like I asked for it to be. Nice and crispy. I love the fact that regardless of what toppings or how many you get, it’s one price!!! Definitely will be going back. Very clean and open seating area. Nice layout. Great job, MOD!!!

Nothing like ordering your pizza on an assembly line. Made fresh to order and you can watch the progress from start to finish. The place was clean and orderly; the staff professional, helpful and polite. Were else can you get fresh made to order pizza with out having to pay a separate price for every or additional toppings. At a out $10 per pie, it was an enjoyable experience all around.

MOD is the best personal pizza place there is! One price, endless toppings. They have great rewards on their app, which gets you free food. I love their housemade drinks too! The staff is friendly and gets the line moving quickly. I do miss having broccoli and ricotta as toppings though!

This was my second time at MOD. I decided to give it another chance after my first time. The pizza was tasty. Sometimes the crust has too much of the residue from the oven. The staff very friendly and attentive.

This is what the Towson MD store delivered after not disclosing on their actual app that they utilize DoorDash as their preferred delivery service. I was not notified that DoorDash was the delivering company until 40 minutes later when I received a text message after placing my order. My order was promised by 6:11pm… I had called customer service at 7:00pm as I had still not seen any movement from the assigned driver. Finally after the driver picked up our food we find that he has forgotten half of our order! How is this even possible when drivers are supposed to confirm all items are picked up. MODs delivery customer service rep had absolutely no empathy for the situation and this was how our food showed up after waiting an hour and 20 minutes. We had been quoted 45 minutes! My children now have to wait for other food to arrive, as I worked out of town all day and we had decided as a family that delivery was our option for the evening. This food is inedible… our pizza pies have uncooked bacon and the pizza itself are burnt and hard as a rock. The food was not even close to warm by the time the driver finally got here. And the icing on the cake was the store manager laughing about the situation and telling us that we were out of luck and that he wouldn’t help in any way. Completely disgraceful and deceptive practices… never again!
