What a surprise! Some friends recommended Tayzan, and even though I’m not usually big on Asian food, this place really impressed me. It’s a creative fusion of Puerto Rican and Asian flavors, and it works so well.
We went for dinner, and the place was pretty packed which is always a good sign. Luckily, it must have been a slightly slower day because we only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. The customer service was great and the food came out fast.
The menu has a good variety of options. I noticed a lot of people ordering sushi, and it looked fresh you can actually see them preparing it, which is always important.
We ordered the churrasco with tostones and the teriyaki churrasco, both very flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also had the house special fried rice, and everything was delicious. The fusion flavors were balanced and satisfying.
Overall, Tayzan was a pleasant surprise. Great service, good portions, and tasty food. If you’re in the area and want something a little different, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Now this place is always busy why because the food is good. As any traveler i did my research and wanted to try this spot. Great reviews and convenience of being right around the corner from Condado Beach. Food is pricey but very very tasty. The flavor profiles in the food are outstanding. Inside and outdoor seating which Is great on cool nights. Sizzling skirt steak is amazing house favorite. We also had the General Tso Chicken very tasty.

My new favorite hood staple in San Juan the Tayzan guava roll, churrasco maduro roll and mofongo de churrasco we tried were bangin! The food was full of Asian infused motherland flavors. Wow!
The service was great. It was impressive to hear the Asian Spanish lingo. Almost as impressive as the super affordable bill. &’ family friendly.

Overall the experience was we bad. The sushi was cooked well and it was well presented. My only thing was , the salmon that was used was very fishy and if Salmon is ever fishy it’s not fresh. So I took all the Salmon out the roll and it was great. Also the fried rice was great.

The food here was very delicious! The bento box comes with quite a few things which I appreciated (photo for reference) and the chicken teriyaki with friend rice were great! The place seemed pretty busy, and it was only a Tuesday night, so I’m sure it’s very popular on weekends and such. We came back here on a separate night because the food was just that good, and it’s right on the main strip, plus open late! I believe they have parking as well. Would definitely return.

BEST Fried Rice I’ve EVER had. What’s really great is that they are OPEN LATE ! We ate at 2am. Excellent service from our server. Helped me with the menu and clarified a few items.
