what’s the point of an online order only to be told to sit in a reserved spot to watch 10 cars after me go past me . Any normal business that hires people who either don’t speak English or understand, and gets the order wrong 9 out of 10 times wouldn’t stay in business . They almost always forget the sauces so we have to ask for them before we park. By the time we get our food it’s cold because we’ve waited for so long.

Highly recommend choosing a different location I visited the location often as i live 5 minutes away…
I always ask for a side a big mac sauce and they always forget it, i have to go back in and ask everytime. Today i asked the girl at the window to please double check it was there… she did and it was there however they only gave me 2 of the 3 burgers i ordered and no fries… once again missing items ♀️
This location constantly is handing orders out not ready, or doesn’t contain what you ordered.
I will now drive 15 minutes to salem because they always give me my sides i ask for, food is fresher always too!
Do better Spanish fork McDonald’s. I’ve been coming to u guys for 15 yrs and don’t think ill ever be back.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered from, and it’s not even close. every single time we order delivery from this place, without fail, something is missing or wrong. Usually missing. Always tastes 45 minutes old/cold. And it’s gotten to the point where DoorDash will not even believe us when we report issues anymore because we have issues so frequently.

We usually have a standard experience at this location, tonight was awful. We pulled in at 7:00 ordered by 7:05 and were told to park at a numbered spot. Other cars started coming and going all around us so I flagged down one of the delivery workers and asked about our order. He asked what we had ordered and left. Another 10 minutes went by with nothing so I flagged down another worker and asked the same thing. And again another 10 minutes went by. I then flagged down a third person and was able to get my order at 7:46. I asked for a refund but they said they would need to ask the manager and I would have to wait. At that point I just wanted to go. Do better SF McDonalds.

We’ve never had great customer service here. We’ve definitely had some bad experiences! In our kids meal they forgot our drink and only gave our kiddo like 7 fries (which he picture). Another time an employee talked to his friend at the drive through window for like 5 mins so we ended up going around and our food was cold by then.

I visit this mcdonalds twice a week. And as far as food and services im now done visiting, tonight i ordered a Mc crispy it literally had one pickle on it no sauce, and they made me wait in drive thru cause food is not ready and then bring me cold fries,half the time i go there, There outa sauce or food is terrible or not correct order. I know its probably one of the most busy McDonald’s ive ever seen, ppl are nice but we are there for food, If you want a good experiance suggest going there during lunch, seems to be better at this time, i will now go to wendys or arbys, they are close by.

Waited over 15 minutes at McDonald’s for an order that’s literally designed to be fast food. No communication, no apology, just standing around wondering if they forgot entirely. Watching employees move at a snail’s pace while customers pile up is beyond frustrating. If you’re short-staffed or backed up, say something. This wasn’t “busy,” it was poorly managed. Don’t come here if your time matters.

Another McDonald’s, another disappointment. Went in for sausage McMuffins and a large Diet Coke. After ordering from my app (since McDonald’s really doesn’t want to take your order anymore), I went up to ask for my drink cup because they were a little busy. I like to start drinking my Diet Coke before my food arrives. I asked the maintenance employee walking by if I could get my large cup for my order. He didn’t speak English and had no idea what I was asking. The manger lady, who heard me asking for the cup, got frustrated with me, got the cup and rudely said, “We’re a little busy sir.” WTH? I just asked for my cup! When the food arrives I can see that they were also too busy to toast my McMuffin. Ugh

I have eaten at this McDonald’s numerous times. One complaint I have is that even using the AP you can still end up being asked to pull forward, park and have to wait for your order. Today I ordered breakfast on the mobile ap. When I arrived there 4 cars in front of me. When I finally made it to the window I was asked to pull up and park in Space 1. I waited for 20 minutes while other cars came, got their order and left. I finally went in and found my order sitting on the counter. I asked about my order and got it after which I thanked the employees there for making me late to work. I find it completely unacceptable to have to wait that long for any order but especially for 2 Sausage egg McMuffins with no cheese and 1 large coffee.
