10/10 would recommend and the team was very friendly and welcoming.
We also got a kids meal (only $7) for chicken nuggets, fries and juice in addition to a classic cheese burger combo. The cheeseburger had a smashed patty unlike the Juicy Lucy but was a great, juicy burger as well.
Overall, great vibe, nice place and decent amount of seating for some of the best halal burgers you’ll find in the Lower Mainland. Don’t be afraid to add your toppings of choice but keep in mind, you’re here for a good burger – not a cheap burger.
We couldnt even get pics of everything because we started eating so quickly!
Hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve been to! The steak sandwich was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—perfectly cooked and loaded with fresh ingredients. And the poutine? Unreal. rich gravy, and generous cheese curds that hit the spot every time. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. Great food, great portions, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommended!
Great looking options to choose from, we tried the Juicy Lucy with extra Mac n cheese bites (my daughter had the jalapeños popper on top) added on top. It was a great delicious burger, that i got a cheese pull when biting. I also had the tornado fries, amazing it all I can say.
I’m already telling my friends about this place, we will be back.
Food:
It’s a burger place so let’s start there. Had the Juicy Lucy and the Spicy Lucy. Both burgers were honestly really great, ingredients tasted fresh, burgers were as named: Juicy. They really were the stars of the meal. French fries were good as well, nothing overly new or crazy but just a good side. I tried the tornado fries as well – The original order had to get sent back as I’m pretty confident they forgot about my order (get into that in a second) but once they came out fresh I thought they were good, crispy but not overdone and enjoyed the dip it came with. We had originally not ordered a dessert but said screw it and tried the caramel funnel cake… It was alright, probably wouldn’t get it again but didn’t regret trying it.
Service:
Again, taking into consideration that it’s a new spot, grand opening and it was busy I was initially impressed with the service. The line moved fast, they took our order and answered any questions clearly and promptly and it seemed like food was going out fast so I was hopeful for our food to come out in a reasonable time frame… unfortunately not the case. We ended up waiting about 40ish minutes for 2 burgers and 2 sides. I had to go up and ask about our order as I had heard several numbers that were after mine called up for their food. The staff were understanding of my frustration and when I asked to remake my Tornado fries because of the delay, there was no hesitation.
Atmosphere:
The restaurant is bright and well branded/decorated but I was surprised to find it was smaller than expected/looked on the TikTok’s I had watched. There is next to no cellphone service inside so make sure to grab the wifi password. I also found the menu board to be a bit crowded and some of the font size too small which made things tough to read at a distance.
I’ve given it 3 stars right now, but I don’t want this to deter anyone from going, I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and do plan to go back at which point if my experience improves I will alter my score.
The place is pretty spacious and very clean. The owner seems really nice too. Price does feel a bit steep for the volcano burger, but they seem to have weekday specials for other things at a better value.
Will try their beef burgers next time. I feel a bit bad for posting a 4 star review, but honest opinion.
