Kensington Pizza is an absolute gem! This local, family-owned spot has been serving the community for decades, and it shows in everything they do. Their Greek-style pizza is hands down the best in Connecticut — thin, crispy, chewy crust that’s always perfectly cooked and incredibly consistent.
The wings are another favorite of mine — super crispy, flavorful, and just hit the spot every time. But what really sets Kensington Pizza apart is the hospitality. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door.
Beyond the amazing food, Kensington Pizza is a true supporter of the community, regularly helping out with local fundraisers and youth sports teams. It’s places like this that make a town feel like home. I can’t say enough great things about them — if you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Very friendly family run place. I always grab a pizza while dog sitting in the area. They have gluten-free pizza that’s actually petty good!! I keep going back. Reasonably priced. I also enjoy their salad. Would recommend

Bigger than it looks from outside. Busy with takeout. There are 2 tables that seat 4 each, then about a dozen 2-seat booths. Food was cooked properly, served as ordered, table service was great. Chicken parm grinder was made with frozen chicken patties, nothing too special. We got a half cheese, half margherita pizza, it was decent but greasy (even without meat). Fair prices but that’s all you can expect the food to be as well. I would potentially try them again.

By far, the worst meatball grinder in the area. Meatballs were thinly sliced little pieces that with a poor flavor and very limited quantity. If you want a good meatball grinder go to Central.

We walked in and sat down at an open table ,the waitress (older white lady)with a nasty disposition walked over no greeting annoyed we sat there ,even thou the table was not marked reserved , she made a comment about destroying her Christmas tree and for us not to make her look stupid . This lady did a great job making herself look stupid , this lady should not be in front of customers . Maybe washing dishes in the back would be better for her nasty attitude .
I will make sure I tell everyone I know what kind of service to expect here . If you hate your job quit . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, try being a better person .
Ps. Try being more like Town Line Pizza
Good service and the Best pizza in the Area

Chicken cutlet grinder was far from fresh. Instead of using an actual chicken breast, they decided to use processed chicken strips. The chicken looked and tasted like frozen, store bought, processed chicken. The texture and consistency was chewy and unappealing. The lettuce on the grinder was brown and past it’s prime and they forgot the mayonnaise! I ended up throwing it all away. This place used to be great. I guess they decided to take short cuts to save money. Won’t be back. Do better Kensington Pizza!

After pizza being my favorite food probaby since birth, I was starting to dislike pizza until I found Kensington Pizza. Now I have rekindled my love for pizza. They make it just how I like it with a lot of toppings and lots of cheese. I highly recommend this pizza spot.
