Obviously Chick-fil-A is the best so not much I can add to that except it’s always a treat coming here. We come from out of town because we do not have one where we live. The food is always great. The restaurant is always clean and nice. The staff is always incredible and friendly and helpful. What more could anyone ask for?? We appreciate you all so much and look forward to coming again.

Mostly decent food and service. They forgot a milk and some sauce, but when asked, they gave them to us no problem. Took a little longer for food than expected, but still in a reasonable amount of time. Playground is big and great for kids, especially on a road trip!

You ask for cookie in the yogurt you don’t get it ! This happens all the time! The drive through truly needs to listen instead of talking to the other staff ! This is ALL the time ! Go to Roxboro Road and learn from them!

I ordered through the app and picked up inside, everything was made quickly (and correctly), and it was very easy to just pick up from the shelf. Miss Cynthia was so incredibly kind and went out of her way to help me. Every establishment needs more people like her.

Waiting in the drive thru line longer than expected and got cold food. Went inside to get the order fixed and only received warm fries and still cold tenders.

I started my 3 year old grand daughter drinking strawberry milk shakes. She loves them. When i ask here where do she want to go eat she says Chick-fil-A. She was stuck on McDonalds untill she tried Chick-fil-A nuggets fries and milkshake.

Chick-fil-A is always a go to place for us. This branch is clean, spacious, and cool. Folks are welcoming, friendly, and approachable. Chick-fil-A does not us. We just love it!

Kind of bad service for a Chick-fil-A …the staff was way more focused on their own “camaraderie” than the customers standing, waiting in line.

Improvements to the drive thru are noteworthy and Chic fil A usually have good service and uniform expectations for their food and beverages
However, I ate inside the dining area and during a friendly discussion with another customer was told that the chicken is not totally cook at the location and is prepared offsite and shipped to local stores through their corporate operations. This may explain the uniformity of food quality
