Me and my husband decided to grab a bite here. They opened at 11 A.M. granted we showed up at 11:10 A.M. The food tasted like it was leftover from the day before and re-heated this morning. The server didn’t say much, not my biggest problem. My biggest problem is the fact I watched this server bring a normal plate out of the kitchen with about 6 pieces of potatoes on it, and use a regular fork to place BACK in the container at the buffet. My husband said the mushrooms don’t taste great either, he said they tasted sour. Some of the food tasted like it had dish soap in it.

So my family and I decided on dinner at this place and I must say WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! For starters when we walked in it was no greeting just this dull look as tho you didn’t want us there…… my son is 3(a Big tall 3, but 3!) she looked at him rolled her eyes and try to charge as if he was and Adult I’m like excuse me yall don’t have children prices then she looks up and say ….. Ah Ye(in Chinese voice) strike 1!!!! So we get our food sit down and I ask for a cup of water and a sprite THIS LADY TELL ME I CANT GET NO REFILLS BECAUSE I HAVE A PAPER CUP…. Like what why would I come to a ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET AND ONLY GET LIMITED ONE DRINK…… now I don’t know how these people raised but BABY I NEEDS DRINKS WITH MY FOOD….. but anywho I ask why would I be limited on drinks and THEN ALL THE RAT CHASING BROOM BEATING YELLING STARTED and they refused to give my money back I DIDNT EAT NOTHING BUT I DID GET MY MONEY WORTH……. and honestly they way they was acting i wouldn’t be shocked if they took the food off my plates and put it back in the pans Plus THE FOOD WAS OLD AND THEY NEVER PUT ANYTHING ELSE OUT NEW JUST LET STUFF GO EMPTY

We have been nothing but nice to them the last few times we have went to them or a couple of times they don’t talk to us we say thank you whenever they give us more drinks and they don’t even say anything this time we went in they were respectful to other people but they never showed us no emotion no respect to us today they’re not friendly to us but they were friendly to other people and they snatched a drinks from out of our hands when we told him we wanted more drinks and we tip them a pretty good bit of a tip and they’re still rude I swear Jessup has the worst customer service at all these restaurants I don’t know who in the world hires these people but it seems like these businesses wants poor customer service and not people that is dedicated to their job and has good customer service that’s bad it should be the other way around but Jess has gotten sorry with these restaurants people that are rude and hateful and that’s coming from these employees And nobody should be snatching a drink from out of a customer‘s hand and not being pleasant with him and talkative and showing good customer service but I’m done ranting

A wonderful little buffet with hot, freshly made food. Service was good, it did seem like they might have been under staffed. Our waitress was a super star, not only did she seat us, bring our drinks, but she bussed the tables all around us quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be going back for more.

First time trying them out and pleasantly surprised.
The buffet is big (3 food stations, 1 sushi and 1 desert).
Selection was good, good food and service is attentive.
Lunch buffet on Saturday was $15 per persons which was reasonable.
Will be back.

This buffet restaurant is a carbon copy of the thousands of Chinese buffet restaurants you can find all over the country.
The service was friendly and welcoming.
The food variety was exactly what you would find at any other buffet of this type. No more or less salty and greasy than any other. The platters are kept hot and full of fresh food, and nothing looks like it’s been sitting out for a long time.
Except for the sushi. It did not look fresh and appeared very suspicious.
The dining area was a little too dark, but I guess they might have been going for an intimate atmosphere.
With all that out of the way, here’s the bad part: The booths were clean. However, the walls looked like they had not been wiped down in a very long time. There are dried spots of sauce, fragments of food, and greasy smears on them. The paint looked dingy and stained like it had not been painted since restaurants allowed smoking indoors.
The sitting area has carpet, but somehow, the floor managed to feel sticky.
