I was hungry for lunch but wanted something quick, luckily this was on the way.

I just got a sampler and a roll. Both were delicious and I was satisfied with my lunch. Purchasing was easy and there were lot of seating options there but I chose take out.

I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

It has a good range and nice food with quick service. It seems they are getting better on sustainability with better use of biodegradable cutlery. They are still using too much single use plastic. They do claim some like lids and bottles are recycled, but not made from recycled. Lots has to go into the general waste. They could still make so many easy changes.

Tried rice bowls, comes very hot and yummy. Even the small one is filling.
We were visiting oxford for a day and we were able to eat, drink from free water (always a plus), and charge our phones. Travel friendly. Also Muslims and vegans can come, they have suitable options.

One of the worst food I ever tasted. Actually it doesn’t deserve to be called food. Miss soup tasted like dirty dish water, noodles so overcooked they become slimy, and the rest was as bland as hospital food, and in some cases hospital food was actually better

“The protesters’ place”. Great for gatherings and with excellent access to key London venues, this is a place to enjoy on late summer nights, with a close friend or a loved one. Don’t forget the drinks

I love Itsu!!! The sushi/food portions are large and of great quality, and the prices are definitely reasonable! I definitely recommend the veggie sushi rolls and the udon options — this is a great spot for a quick and nutritious lunch! The seating is also quite nice.

The portion given is just nice and price point is affordable! I’m surprised by the udon sauce which is so flavorful! As for the chicken teriyaki I thought would be better if less salty!

My wife and I embarked on a coach trip at 8 AM, during which we visited Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and concluded our journey in Oxford, often referred to as “The City of the Educated and Wise.” Feeling hungry, we decided to stop at Itsu, attracted by the appealing food options.

After placing our order, we approached the till to pay with cash, as we had left our luggage on the coach and only had legal tender on hand. However, the cashier refused to accept our payment, stating that the manager had instructed him not to accept cash. I requested that he contact the manager to clarify the situation, as cash is recognized as legal tender.

The manager subsequently arrived and reiterated the refusal, citing concerns about potential repercussions from the owner. Despite my attempts to explain that this refusal discriminated against individuals who do not carry credit cards and still wish to use the country’s legal currency, we ultimately chose to leave the establishment. I regret not having activated my recording glasses to document this incident fully. I think this shop should be boycotted with everyone insisting on paying cash.
