We came later in the evening and were seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty and clean, but it was very warm and stuffy inside. Our server was Martina and although she was nice and apologetic for the wait for biscuits and food, she was very loud, rude and disrespectful in how she spoke to her male co-worker in front of us. It was distracting and put us off our meal. Although the food looked delicious when it came out, the rice was hard and undercooked, the salmon was dry, the lobster was tough and all of it had a flavor of ash or gas, as if it were cooked over a gas stove but the pan wasn’t cleaned well. Due to the way Martina had spoken to her coworker in front of us, my husband and I weren’t comfortable letting her know how we really felt about the food. Martina was cleaning the booth right behind my husband and was spraying the table with a bottle labeled SpicNSpan. The smell of the chemicals was sooo strong that all I could smell or taste was that. I couldn’t eat any more of my food at that point. I had asked her for a refill of my cranberry iced tea, which she never gave me. When asked about the food, I was courteous but tried to be honest and said I “kind of enjoyed it”. Martinas’ response was “Well I’m glad y’all could eat a lot”, as we had tried to finish as much as we could but still had our sides and 1/3 of our salmon uneaten. The broccoli was delicious!

Amazing food and service all around. Me and my girl came in greeted properly and seated. Food was 10/10 and they made sure to keep us refilled and some extra biscuits. Will be coming back soon looking forward to trying even more of the menu.

I visited Red Lobster today, and I walked out genuinely impressed. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt warm, relaxed, and inviting. That classic smell of buttery seafood hit instantly and set the tone for a great dining experience. I came in to celebrate, and honestly, this turned into one of the best visits I’ve had at a Red Lobster.
I ordered a plate with steak, a lobster tail, and mashed potatoes, and every part of the meal delivered. The steak was juicy, perfectly seared, and cooked exactly the way I asked for. The lobster tail was tender, flavorful, and amazing when dipped in the melted butter that comes on the side. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth without being heavy. Everything was served hot and well presented, which made the whole plate even better.
But what truly made my visit stand out was the service. My server, Martina, was exceptional. From the very beginning she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She explained the menu clearly, made great recommendations, and checked on us at the right moments without being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that kind of attitude really elevates the entire restaurant experience. She’s definitely the kind of server that makes you want to come back.
To finish off the meal, we ordered the brownie and ice cream dessert, and it was amazing rich, warm, and the perfect size for sharing.
Overall: excellent food, excellent atmosphere, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get the chance to be served by Martina again. Highly recommend this Red Lobster.

Our waitress Bekah was AMAZING she consistently checked on us, kept our drinks refilled and was very sweet. It was my boyfriend’s first time there and he absolutely enjoyed it,he gave it a 10/10 and we will definitely be back again. We both got the ultimate feast and the wait wasn’t long at all. We went around lunch time so it was fairly quiet and very clean. Thanks for making his first experience a great one Bekah we hope to get you again as our waitress.

We did not wait long for our food and she kept coming back before we gave out or needed something big THANKS to her for all she did. We were beyond disappointed when we went the time before. Our son bought us a gift card for Christmas so we felt like we had to try it again. Definitely wasn’t looking forward to it. What a turn around!!! We actually enjoyed it. Last time the place was not clean, this time it was clean! Last time rude, slow, uncaring staff. This time greeted cheerfully, seated quickly, waitress Olivia showed up promptly with a smile!! Olivia was a delight, knowledgeable of the menu, helpful in giving information regarding choices. Prompt in taking our order & serving our actually edible and tasty meal. Last time was awful this time it was nice!

I ordered the herb-crusted chicken, and not only did Adrian describe it perfectly beforehand, but he also made sure it came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. He checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive—something not every server can balance so well.
What stood out most was his attentiveness and professionalism. Adrian anticipated small things before I even had to ask, like keeping my drink full and making sure the table stayed clear and comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, personable in conversation, and you could tell he genuinely cared about creating a great experience.
Adrian turned what could have been a simple meal into something memorable. If you’re lucky enough to dine here, ask for him—you won’t be disappointed. Red Lobster is lucky to have such a star on their team! Kudos to Adrian! I’ll be back for sure.

Went here today for a treat me lunch and I am highly satisfied. The food was great and they have expanded the menu to include hush puppies and brussel sprouts. There are also $5 drink specials and 2.00 off on certain dri ls.The service from Becca was totally on point. She has a fresh way about her and is super sweet so request her when you come and enjoy a well overdue trip to Red Lobster for your next adventure!!

We decided to celebrate my birthday at this location tonight so glad we did! The food came out hot and delicious. It was our first time trying the seafood boils which were so good! The restaurant was clean and quiet definitely a hidden gem! Our waitress Angeline was super sweet and was always there if we needed anything. We will definitely be back again!
