Maybe I went on a off day (many of my food reviews are rating service received when placing to go orders) because I have found QUALITY,.QUANTITY, PREPARATION AND PACKAGING very much lacking when getting food to go. The broth was “flavorful” and skimpy veggies (sprouts etc) to place in broth was not conducive to the $$$ spent. The noodles (I ordered extra) that were included with main order was stuck solid in a mass and I tossed. Who wants a mass of started sitting at the bottom of you broth bowl. (Old congeled noodles basically) The extra noodles were fresh. I really felt cheated and defeated purpose of having a filling Pho with extra noodles. The shrimp egg rolls ( not the name) had a forrest of greenery and texture of the wrap that encased the greenery was chewy. I have had this before at different establishment and chewy greenery lacking flavor was not the case) I never could taste nor see shrimp as the chewy wrap and greenery overpowered what little or if any shrimp encased. The service was quick and from my drive home to eat I will say… maybe they had a different cook, getting rid of in lieu of tossing old noodles. I was unhappy with the quality, presentation and taste of what I was served. The broth was tasty, peanut sauce had flavor that could have over powered the egg roll because we couldn’t taste shrimp flavor. A waste of gas and money.

So my family and finally got here to try this place out, it took up awhile despite the fact we live relatively close. So glad we did!! We are big fans of good Pho and Vietnamese food in general and we hit it right here. As an added bonus when we arrived we find out it was the first night of a new buffet they were running, this included all the freshly made Pho varieties you can eat as well!! Honestly everything was great, and the Pho was outstanding. Will 100% be going back, but not to often as I ate way too much.

This is not a Vietnamese restaurant or even close to being traditional, so they claim from their website. Their proportion of radish to pickled carrots is ridiculous. Why would you chop up the carrots and not the radish?? I fished out all the radish to chop it up (cutting only 3-4) and the amount of radish left is crazy (in photos). The bao buns (not even Vietnamese) were so doughy and dry. Would not recommend coming here if you’re actually looking for anything close to Vietnamese cuisine. It’s also way more expensive than it should be.

I spent a month in Vietnam and this is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Nashville. This is not super fancy place, but instead is a purely locally owned family restaurant.
Love their shrimp spring/summer rolls with the peanut sauce, pork bahn mi, and their pork pho. Delightful. We’ll be back, again!

Everything I’ve ever ordered here has been amazing. The clay pot pho is delicious. I highly recommend. The service was great. There is also a full bar in the restaurant. It’s a comfortable place to sit and talk while you eat.

The Bun Bo hue was incredibly flavorful. Was craving it specifically, and this reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Portions were really good, and love the decorations!

We went on a holiday so expected it to be busy but the service was very slow, that being said the food was overall great. I got the vegan pho and appetizer but partner got the beef spring noodles and he liked the dish but found the beef way too fatty. Other than that we will be back.

Peace, Love and Pho in Nashville, Tennessee, is hands down one of my favorite spots! I stumbled upon it about eight years ago, and ever since, it’s been a must-visit every time I’m in town. The food is absolutely phenomenal—consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Their pho is out of this world, and their other dishes are just as incredible, packed with authentic flavors that keep me coming back for more.
The service is always great, and the people are so friendly—it feels like a warm and welcoming experience every time I walk through the door. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a gem you don’t want to miss. If you haven’t been to Peace, Love and Pho yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t regret it!

Not my type of restaurant. We are trying to try new places. My vote doesn’t usually count. $16 for small bowl of veggie fried rice . The flavor was good. Rice was hard. Noodle dish was tasteless. Service was not that attentive or friendly. Everyone else in my party was disappointed . We will not recommend this place and we do not plan to come back.
