Rocky Mountain High School Dance from Meridian, Idaho came in to eat dinner on 2/26 on our way to state! We ordered 33 meals with Leslie. She was adorable! Attentive, competent and plowed thru the orders in no time. The whole staff organized our orders by grade and name, double checked everyone’s orders and passed out straws, extra sauce and napkins. We were in and out in no time at all and very well fed! What great teamwork! So impressed with your service, Chickfila!

12 Chicken nuggets where small & over cooked; My reusable mystery cup came pre-opened, kinda took the fun out of opening it to see what cup i got & makes it feel a bit rigged, eg. no golden cups given out; & the store had no napkins, they said there hasn’t been a delivery a bit. That is not something I’m upset @ the store for. All of the employees were not having a good time about it as well. They haven’t been give a good response as to why the twin falls store doesn’t deem worthy of a delivery of napkins for their customers. Eventhought they have no napkins, they do maintain.a clean dining room for those who choose to eat in.

Great sandwich with pickle, cooked perfectly! I even made a comment there about the quality. Always great customer service. The new owner is an asset to the restaurant and town! I saw him taking orders to guests at their tables. Cudos for going the extra mile!

We frequent chick fil a quite often and it feels like its chaos every time. 9 times out of 10 we’re either missing something or the food is wrong. And unlike a lot of other chick fil a’s we’ve been to, they don’t put ppl in line by who ordered first. So you can be 5th in line And get your food first then there’s no way to leave because you’re still stuck in line. The food is fine and the customer service is fine, they just mess up a lot so always check your order before leaving.

Chick-fil-A is always amazing, super fast service which is essential for a mother of five, incredibly friendly staff, and consistently delicious food. Easily my favorite fast food spot! If happiness had a flavor it would be chick fil a sauce.

The food is always good when we come and it’s always served quickly and warm. This time around we went to try their tenders and safe to say, we were not disappointed. We also tried the new peach milkshake and peach frosted lemonade and they were so delicious! The only thing I have to critique is the service, always a hit or miss?

When I visited this restaurant, the owner visibly made his employees uncomfortable and very stiff. His aggressive tactics to ‘keep his employees in line’ also strayed towards customers and I saw him being extremely disrespectful towards HIS OWN paying customers. You may notice that the team seems pretty short staffed recently, and I have every reason to point a finger at him and him alone for his complete lack of disrespect towards others and reprimanding his employees with immediate termination rather than going down the true legal route of giving employees warnings before termination.

Quality has been going down over the years. Food has been consistently coming out stale every time. The fries come out like it’s the bottom of the batch, meaning there’s tiny little pieces of fries not even whole ones. The service isn’t as friendly as it used to be and every time I used to go I always had an upset stomach afterwards. I don’t recommend anymore.
