Stef (Estefani) was amazing. We come to outback often and Stef really made an impression! She was very attentive and friendly especially with it being New Years Eve and super busy. She really made our night and will be asking for her the next time and everytime after. She also helped me complete my Koala collection!! I never knew there was more that one color ! My husband and I were very disappointed at what we received today as a pick-up order. We dine in and also order pick-up often. We both ordered the Aussie deal to go and we were surprised that there were only six shrimp. They usually give 7 or 8. The fries that my husband got as a side were such a small amount and there was no remoulade sauce for either of us. We always have had such great dine-in experiences and pick-up experiences but today they were very skimpy with the shrimp, the fries and no remoulade sauce. Needless to say, we will reconsider about ordering again.

The service was excellent. The restaurant is clean and decent inside and iut. My steak was cooked perfectly but was very tough. I ate it anyway. My potato was noticeable cool. Overall the food wasn’t very good. We tried it as an alternative to Longhorn steakhouse. From now on we’ll stick to Longhorn steakhouse.

Food was very good but service was absolutely terrible. Normally we have great service, but the young lady who waited on us was very forgetful. We asked for a high chair twice. She didn’t get the salad dressing correct and the extra dressings was missing plus one of our sides were missing from the dinner. We had a party of 7 so you’d think she would be more attentive. She didn’t even serve us the meal. We had to ask the host for silverware because she never even looked to see if we had enough. The waitress disappeared for 45 minutes on top of it. Very disappointed!

We visited for dinner last night. The waitress was delightful but after the salad the main dish, rib eye steak was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We informed the waitress and manager and we were credited for 1 dinner which is great. The side dish of broccoli was also extremely salty. We will not be returning.

Pleasantly surprised! We started coming to Outback Steakhouse when our kids were little in South Florida. I haven’t been in years, but this was right next to our hotel and it was easy, so we decided to get a quick bite. We came on a weekend night and even though it was busy, we were seated right away. Our server, Davionna, couldn’t have been sweeter:) she truly was on top of making sure we had everything we needed.
This one location had been updated. Ample seating, big bar and sports tvs – it would be a good place to come to watch a game!
I got the shrimp on the barbie and steak combo. Although a bit on the salty side, it was a good dinner and decent price. Salad and sides are always good. We skipped appetizers this time, but the bloomin’ onion is always good! The bread they bring while you wait is worth having.

Wonderful service by Jordan! He was also aweso.e and nice… the cook got a lot our food wrong. If you order steak make sure its cook properly between, medium, medium-well and well done. Lobster was hard and chewy, they re-made it and it was cook perfectly the 2nd time. I took a picture of the perfect lobster. It wasnt too busy. Food came at decent time.

Very cozy, family friendly, solo, date night, or celebration atmosphere. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered the new toowoomba salmon, shrimp, rice, and broccoli. It was brought to the table hot, cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and delicious. Was even checked on by the manager. Whole dining experience 10/10.
