Love that sweet & spicy chicken! The food was good. It’s the service that is poor in this location. I ordered in the app ahead to save time. I still waited 10 minutes more once in the place. Then I checked my order and I was missing the whole order of boneless wings – and had to wait 5 more minutes! There is also no coke zero available even though it’s listed on the app. Also when you mobile order you still have to go fill your own drink so it takes even longer. By the time we ate the food was cold.

Every time I visit this location, Luis is always extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude truly makes the experience better, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He consistently provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.

The chicken was crispy, it came out so quickly, the staff spoke Spanish which I really appreciated as a Spanish speaker myself. This is probably the quickest and nicest Popeyes staff I’ve come across. The place was also clean and the atmosphere was good, the music playing really added to the Luisiana vibe and I loved that!

1st time stepping into this location and the place was so hot. I had to take my coat off inorder to eat.
Food is horrible. My two pieces of chicken were brunt and tasted old. My chicken was dark and brunt. The oil needs to be replaced. Bathrooms have no paper towel. The food took to long for something that’s supposed to be fast food.

Typically, I have a good experience at this location, but whoever the guy was at the front counter today was not good at Customer Service, He did not know how to control the line, He let a guy cut in front of me, and then when I mentioned it to him, he just argued with me instead of apologizing. He had the worst attitude completely unfriendly and should not be working in any place that serves the public. Luckily, the lady there actually apologized to me, but it took me asking him to apologize for her to apologize. How hard is it to say next person and pay attention to who’s in line instead of letting other people cut in line and then you actually take their order. He should have said to the man I’m sorry, sir. She was here first, but he didn’t do that and then proceeded to argue with me, knowing that I was right there and he tells me oh you go to the side I’m like yeah I moved to the side because you started screaming out for somebody’s order and I thought they were coming to the counter to pick it up . I moved to the side because I have manners and then when he said next person, the other guy just went right in front of me and he just let him. Then when I get home, I have a six piece of wings and one of the wings is like not even a wing. It’s practically like a bone. So why am I paying for six wings when I got like five and maybe a half. Do they not pay attention when they put the wings into the box and if you have half a wing then give somebody an extra wing so I have 6 1/2 instead of 5 1/2. I don’t know what’s going on, but today was a very poor experience. Please pull that man out of the front counter . Either put him in the back or let him find someplace where he doesn’t deal with ppl. This was around 1:30pm .

Online order placed for pick up. Smooth and easy, order was ready promptly. Staff is polite and courteous. It was busy when I arrived but the staff kept it moving. No negatives to report. Restaurant was clean, would return for future orders. Thanks for the good service. Love that chicken from Popeyes!!

I came here once with friends, me and my one friend asked for a BONELESS chicken meal. Once we got home we went to go enjoy our food, come to find out it had bone in it and we were extremely upset because we don’t eat chicken with bone so all we had was the fries. Now I tried to give this place a second try but this time I ordered it on doordash with my boyfriend. Once again I was excited for the food. I open the box to once again chicken with bone. I also notice that the receipt was written on which shows the they weren’t even being printed correctly, i couldn’t even read the receipt to see if the order was right so who knows if they even know what they were bagging. my boyfriends sandwich had bacon on it when he doesn’t eat bacon, mango lemonade was just lemonade and we didn’t get our biscuits. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again. Working in the food service myself, not acceptable.

This is my go to Popeyes on a cheat day because it is newer. I was getting my boyfriend some food and I wanted to try the strawberry lemonade. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and they took a little bit to get to me. I ordered the 2 piece combo and a fish sandwich for my boyfriend and had them give me the strawberry lemonade. They didn’t have the slushi so had to get it on ice. It came to about $15. It took about 10 minutes for the food. I tried the lemonade and it was very good. My boyfriend loves Popeyes so he was satisfied.

Waited and took them slightly over 30 minutes for a mobile order because they didn’t have enough of the pieces I ordered which in the end they refused to give me and gave me half different ones. Pieces they gave were also really small.

My 10pc family chicken meal was OLD and TASTED worse. Was able to return it and manager on duty gave me a hastle. Stated thats how spicy chicken looks like. I literally picked a piece chicken and showed everybody on line. After this the manager then decided to exchange it.
