Navasha gave me the best attitude ever even tho she was getting super over worked all by herself on day shift this lady definitely deserves a raise she was so respectful polite and helpful food was spot on hot and ready perfectly served she really needs an award for such a great job she is doing management is failing very badly if they don’t pay her some more money to keep her around because she was absolutely best ever and I will definitely keep coming back just because how awesome her service was

Worst papa John’s in the nation. Best pizza chain but this place serves raw pizza dough with 8 gallons of cheese that is also never cooked. Will make you sick in 3 seconds. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order with an estimated wait time of 62 minutes. Which was fine. 2 hours later I finally get my 1 topping pizza that was cold as ice and garlic parmesan breadsticks that had no garlic or parmesan. Probably the worst Papa Johns in Georgia.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered I placed the order at 3:30 p.m I didn’t get the pizza till after 7. They delivered the pizza couldn’t find me so they took it back. I called the store to tell them I would pick just come pick it up they told me it would be redelivered to my job. Because there was no way I could track the order I literally had to wait. After 1hr or so waiting I called the store again I stressed that I was at work and I couldn’t just stand out and wait I asked if I could cancel and come pick up a pizza. The manager told me he could give me a credit to a future order at a later date and he said wasn’t gonna remake the pizza because he redid 3 times. Once the pizza went back the first time because they couldn’t find me they should have allowed me to pick it up instead of telling me it t was on the way.

My family always orders delivery and today’s delivery and pizza was by far probably the best we have had. Khadijah called me to let me know she was leaving and headed our way and her ETA. She was very friendly and sweet. We hope we have her again when we order next time! Thank you for making my family smile and enjoy our dinner Khadijah!

Ordered 10 pizzas for my shift 3 hours in advance…arrived at the scheduled time and was told all 10 had been accidentally given to someone else and it would take 15 minutes to completely remake the order. It took 45, during which time I heard constant complaints from other customers regarding order accuracy or completion in the first place. I’ve never had such an issue with any other Papa John’s and certainly hope this location gets their act together.

Understaffed!!!! Placed an order for two pizzas and was given a 25 minute wait time. No update was given in the app so I went to the store after 30 minutes of waiting just to find out that there was only ONE employee working and there was 38 pizzas ahead of mine & was told to wait another 30-45 minutes.

Disgusting, while the food was OKAY, not very hot but tasty. The store is disgusting, there was one employee working and I think there was one floating around in the back somewhere. The music was literally so loud I had to YELL my order out and get within a few inches of her face to hear what she was saying to me. Completely rude. Everyone doesn’t want to hear that blasting when they walk in an establishment. We could literally hear it from our car. The floor was full of trash on the customer side of the counter as well as on the floor in the kitchen area. I saw chips, cheese and paper trash everywhere. They gave me a two liter bottle of soda in a ripped bag, when she realized it was ripped she tied the bag at the top so I wouldn’t notice. Really? Thank God I won’t be going back in there again. We got this for dinner in a pinch. I think I would have rather had microwave meals back at the hotel.
