This Papa John’s is the best one in the area! I live in Statham, Ga, and travel to this one. The manager Cristian is the bomb He always makes sure I have what I need, and my order is always delicious and accurate! I order at-least once a week for my family and employees and have no complaints!! If I could have Cristian as my employee or cook, I would. Very hard worker, has a great attitude and attention to detail !!!

Came in for a last minute order, and Cristian helped me right away! Made sure I got everything I wanted, suggested items, asked if I wanted any sauces!! While my order was being made, he was still working hard on other orders! From my experience Cristian is a very hard worker and is passionate about ensuring this store is running with the upmost efficiency and quality! If he has not been promoted yet, he should be 100%. Won’t find another employee as hard working and loyal to the brand as he is!

Delivery guy left food on my porch. It was in the delivery instructions to hand it to me. He just walked up, put food in the chair on the porch, rung door bell and left. When I called Papa John’s they said they use door dash and don’t know who it was. So what’s the purpose of delivery instructions? These door dash issues are getting out of hand and honestly ruining good customer service as most businesses make excuses like, things can’t be helped or it is very tough to correct what went wrong with delivery or orders when they work with door dash.

I used Uber Eats to place an order … the order was wrong and neither Uber Eats or this location could do anything about it. I was not refunded for the pizza which was not a meat pizza but was loaded with jalapeños and green peppers (which I personally HATE). I was told that the store couldn’t help me and Uber Eats informed me that they couldn’t refund or fix jt. The reason for my bad review is that the box with the pizza was labeled meat but that isn’t what it was. I will never order Papa John’s or use Uber Eats.

My boyfriend and I normally order from this location and usually it’s great (why I gave 2 starts instead of 1).
Last night it was awful. We ordered a large pizza and bread sticks with lots of extra sauces.
We always order extra sauces and normally they either pack those sauces in an additional small box or in a bag. Last night they put it on top of the pizza. How gross – I was disgusted to say the least. The image below is how we received our pizza.

Went in to get the bogo promotion. They told me to use the app to order. I clicked on the promotion in the app. it didn’t give me an option for pizza choices it said to customize my first pizza. After I did the first it gave options for specialty pizzas so I choose a second one. I showed my phone to the staff and asked because it didn’t show the free pepperoni pizzas. The total for the two was almost $29.00. I asked again if I was getting two pepperoni free they yes. Long story short they handed me the two specialty pizzas and no pepperoni pizzas and told me I got a specialty pizza free and one pizza was $29.00. That is not the promotion, the specialties pizzas are not the free pizzas. I was robbed of my promotion. Will never return.

Disgustingly serving returned pizza. The last few times I’ve ordered from this store there has been issues with my order, and the staff has offered no resolution. The staff is made up of a bunch of kids and a grumpy rude manager. My last delivery looked like someone had dropped the pizza bag because all of my pizza toppings were on one side and totally inedible. I was offered a full refund instead of redilvering my order, but I never received it. So I paid for dinner twice that night. Today I ordered a simple NY pepperoni pizza but when I arrived it was a medium pepperoni instead. The cashier apologized and offered to remake it… I didn’t have time to wait as I had an ice cream order to pickup. I asked, “if I order it again and come back will it be right this time?!” She replied “if you’re coming back don’t place the order again… You keep that one and I’ll remake it for you!” When I returned to get the pizza 20 minutes later, I was met by a grumpy older white guy who I’m assuming is the manager. He said “we fixed your order but where’s the other pizza?!” I answered “its in my car” He made me return the pizza his staff offered me for the inconvenience while they stood there laughing. He never apologized for any inconvenience and claimed he was donating the pizza to the homeless, but I know that legally once someone takes a food order it can’t be served again. Once again this store has inconvenienced me with no regard or proper resolution. This used to be a great store but the new management is TERRIBLE.
