We stopped here heading back home to NC from friends out of state. I wasn’t expecting much as it’s connected to a gas station. We mostly stopped because my child with autism was willing to try their fries for the first time. The manager here went above and beyond for us. I did not even realize he was the manager at first because he was out sweeping the floor and cleaning the eating area when we came in. I’m positive he was the manager as his outfit was different from all the other workers. He was very patient and considerate. He was this way before I even mentioned my child having autism. The only reason it was mentioned was because they were out of the one thing I knew said child would eat outside of possibly the fries. It was nice to be treated so well, even prior to my child’s difference being brought up. It made a long drive home slightly better, especially when it would be easy to be grumpy during the holiday season. Merry Christmas and thank you.

We didn’t go to the Wendy’s there we went to the gas station attached with the Little Caesars in it. I think we would love going here more if the people where more friendly and helpful. Some of the employees that work here in that area are nice wish they all were and smiled. Make the place more inviting to travelers and people who do live in the area or just driving from Doctor appointment’s who need a smiling face sometimes.

Few people working. The people who were working, were not the most respectful. Its Wendys fried food and you cant go wrong there, but there were no napkins or condiments out which hindered everyone in line and took more time for us to leave. We were traveling and tired and it was frustrating.

The customer service from Nicole, Houston and Shaniya was excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you want when stopping at Wendy’s at 8:30pm. Everything came out quickly and was made just right. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I used the mobile app with Apple Pay to order food for myself and my husband. We pulled up to the drive thru and the cashier was arguing with me that I still had to pay. I told them I had paid and even shows them the pending charge on my credit card. They said “no you didn’t it’s still pending.” Anyone with a card should know all chargers show pending before going through. I then told them to cancel my order because I was not paying twice (which would have been $80 total). They said they could do that so I left. I ended up getting charged anyway for the food I didn’t get (keep in mind they said I hadn’t paid). I have been waiting for the manager to contact me so I can get my refund and that hasn’t happened either. So, I am out $40 and never received any food.

This Wendys in located beside the Davis Travel Plaza just off I-95 at exit 133 and Hwy 301, easy access to all stores, the drive thru was quick and they had patience, food was hot and the cashier gave us our condiments and drinks while we waited for the food which is the right thing to do. First time at This Wendys and they did a great job, we will come again.
