Everything here 5++ stars. Fantastic warm friendly staff – including Edgar the maitre de – always there to provide service, holding chairs, folding napkins, refilling water. They also prepare food table side. Slicing cuts of meat, butterfly-ing the shrimp. There’s a rolling bar cart where the bartender prepares delicious and creative drinks.
Food was fantastic. Very tasty, stunningly presented.
The restaurant itself is beautiful to sit in. Warm woods and green plants give it a very comfortable modern feel. With open windows overlooking the street.
Prices can be high, but not over the top, especially for the service you get.
Our meal was 2 apps, 2 drinks, 2 mains, 1 side, 1 dessert, 2 coffees – total was $5000 MX (around $300 USD).

We recommend: the bone marrow tacos, the truffle fries and Chilean bass. We also ordered the ribeye and it was incredibly delicious but quite expensive.
Drinks: best drinks EVER. We got a manhattan and the Mojito Madalena – pure artistry. So so yummy.
But mainly – DO NOT GO HERE if you don’t like to have fun. The waiters are super attentive and friendly, they seemed to be having so much fun, joking with each other and just being delightfully goofy. It was a breath of fresh air to see staff actually enjoy their job.
Biggest shutout to Isaac, Ricardo and JJ, the true MVPs and best hosts.

Staff is amazing; showed our girls tricks with drinks. Atmosphere is calm and sophisticated with beautiful flowers everywhere. Food was beyond expectation. We opted for late lunch/early dinner times (4pm) to avoid crowds. Frequently visited during our 6 week stay in PV Highly recommend!

Not only was the food delicious, the service was impeccable. Miguel, our main waiter, provided attentive, excellent, heartwarming, knowledgeable, and thorough service. We have never experienced such amazing service honestly. And José and Richie were also part of our serving team, and did an unbelievably incredible job. We will truly never forget this dining experience. On the pricier side, but for the dining experience and food quality, 100% worth it. Highly recommend the Caesar salad, crab tacos, churros, and espresso martinis. A must-visit restaurant if you’re visiting Puerto Vallarta. We will never forgot you Miguel, best waiter we have ever had!!!

We had a leisurely afternoon eating and having cocktails. No rush we were there three hours. Our waiter Milan was wonderful. He answered our questions about the extensive menu and made an excellent suggestion for our appetizer and cocktails, which were made tableside. He brought out large cuts of beef and told us about each one and did the same with seafood. It was a great dining experience. Everyone there was very pleasing and helpful plus it is a beautiful atmosphere and the bathrooms upstairs were exquisitely designed and very clean.
