I order 2 hot drinks to go. Yes it was nice hot temp flavorful, even outside smell fresh coffee brewing. Thanks Staff let me purchase last 2 summer colorful plastic cups. Surely use as fun nice gift to someone. When I am in area will stop by this Starbucks.

The staff at this store is extremely sweet! We always ask our Uber drivers to get our Bruno a puppuccino, but they either ignore our message or say they did, and don’t. Lately, I’ve been calling the store directly to ask them to add it into our order. Then, one day I forgot to call and SURPRISE, the staff added in on their own. I was so touched and Bruno was so happy! I felt like a good dog mom that day, because even though I forgot, and felt bad, the store employees made me look like super mom! Bruno says thank you for his puppuccinos!

Very fast a talented crew. They are great a getting through a long line very quickly. Great outdoor seating. Nice size single person bathrooms with changing table. Can get tight if you are a bigger person like me with all of the people in there. They are always busy but never disappoint.

Ordered through drive thru, when pull up to window the drink wasn’t ready. Had to wait. Picked it up and drove to parking lot and found it was wrong drink and had to walk inside and was told that they have to special input my drink that’s why it was wrong. So I had to wait for then to redo the drink.

This Starbucks is the ONLY ONE, in Arlington Heights, that makes our drinks correctly!
I don’t know why every Starbucks doesn’t have unison products when the recipes are measured to a T, but all we know is that this location KNOWS what they are doing?

Terrible experience with customer service. I felt unwelcome, especially as a minority customer. From the moment I stepped out of my car, the security guard kept a close eye on me. The woman taking orders did not exhibit a friendly demeanor and came across as quite rude.
