If I could leave zero stars I would. Sandwhich came out with cold egg and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I was given approximately 6 WET AND SOGGY hashbrowns. At least my coffee was good but they forgot the cold foam and I had to hand the drink back through the window. The people do not know what they are doing.

First of all i never go for writing bad reviews, BUT the fact that i was waiting 30 mins while my toddler was in the back screaming was criminal.. I had made a mobile order that included and iced coffee.. Chocolate long john & what was supposed to be a Chipotle loaded hashbrowns! that they had me waiting for.. while employees were looking at me waiting in the drive-through.. One proceeded to ask me AFTER walking pass about 3 times.. “are you waiting for something” i told her i was waiting for a long time for my loaded hashbrowns.. so they proceeded to “make them” ended up receiving a wake up wrap! i told the girl that’s not what i ordered and showed her my receipt on my mobile app.. they went to “make it again” received the wrong thing again!!! i was sooo over it already.. come on dunkin! READ your orders! it’s not that hard! So disappointed. I should’ve just went to the dunkin on alpine where they never disappoint.

I went for the first time to this place and I expected highly from things I heard. We had two gift cards from Christmas. We had to use them both but we knew we had one card that still had money on it. They couldn’t even tell us which one had no more money left on it or nothing.instead just handed it back to us without a word. Second I had placed a order for two glazed donuts and couldn’t even tell us there was none left until we got to the window before paying. Since that was the only food we had ordered. And lastly, I had ordered a sweet ice tea that tastes like a combination of a regular tea and pee. Absolutely disgusting, will not be coming back.

Nicely decorated for the holiday, and the team members are swift given the amount of drive through customers.
Where this location is lacking is the reliance on using the in-store kiosk to order without a “please we are so busy, if you don’t mind could you please use the kiosk” as a sign or request by an employee. We were left standing till we figured it out ourselves.
Then we also decided to “dine” in. We have food allergies in our family so we take notice of food safe practices. The cross-contamination is REALLY HIGH here. Employees were gloves when handling food, but will go from chocolate to custard to cheese products with the same gloves on.
It’s a great Dunkin location, but not very allergy safe (but then the chain isn’t really a first choice for food allergy considerations in the first place).

Really sloppy Dunkin’ Donuts. We ask for muffins and we get donuts. The frosting is always falling off of the donuts. It’s almost comical how badly the orders are put together, never getting what we asked for through the drive-thru. We ask for no flavoring in our lattes for dietary reasons, and they always loaded up with sugar. The photo was supposed to be of three muffins. The other photo is the frosting falling off the donut. They always come out this way. It’s the closest Dunkin’ donuts that’s why we use them.

Never fails, no frosting on the donut. You’d think dunkin donuts would realise they have wet frosting and not put it in a bag where it all rubs off (small boxes would be a good alternative). Had to repeat my 2 donut order 3 times for the kid because he didn’t want to listen.

Whoever was working from 1:10-1:30 today, you gotta get rid of them. A nightmare shift, terrible customer service.. But everyone else I’ve had service from there has been great!

All the employees look like parents and retired people. None of them want to be here. The donuts are always dry and taste old. I’m tired of coming here. So many better spots in the Rockford area for donuts. This place makes fast food restaurants seem like a higher quality of food because this place is so bad. Why are there always 10+ empty slots for donuts. You make one product, donuts. && somehow you can’t manage to have more than 6 options anytime after 10am. Get new manage or please go out of business asap. You are wasting prime commercial space.
