I usually love dutch bros, almost every girl working in there had to stick their upper whole body out visiting, the customer for nearly 10 minutes, holding up the line that had almost 10 cars behind them. The drink was handed out 5 minutes into their visit, and then continued. Just hanging out for Approximately 10 minutes.

Service is always great! I love the large variety of drinks but feel like the sweetness level is inconsistent. I always try different things so maybe that’s on me, but sometimes it is more bitter and sometimes more sweet. I also wish that they had a non-dairy cold foam option. But overall they are great!

If ya order ahead online, you expect your order to be started before arrival in order to pick up a finished coffee. This is not even remotely close to a first time this sequence was not achieved.
For real, what is with only certain Dutch Bros not doing this? Is it a convenience thing with current orders in line and queuing up a drink to be made during busy times only of those immediately present to lessen their wait time?
On the other hand, thanks to the folks who worked the Saturday and made themselves available to make our coffee. Although my wife’s wasn’t made right, mine was, and it was great.

We stopped here for the first time over the weekend and we had amazing service! We ordered two drinks, a Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée and a Caramelizer. Both drink tasted delicious!!! Definitely going to be stopping here more often when driving down from logan Keep up the great work
