Met some friends at the Red Robin in Plymouth today.
We were greeted right away and server took our beverage order immediately.
We always love Red Robin’s burgers and today the wife and I both got them again at this location.
She had the mushroom swiss and I had the spicy Jalapeno heatwave.
Both burgers were absolutely delicious and cooked to the temperature we requested.
I had onion rings which were hot and crispy. She ordered sweet potatoe fries which she was looking forward to. Unfortunately they came out to the table ice cold… After flagging down another server since ours disappeared, a new fresh batch were replaced and delivered a few moments later. Good job! Still one of favorite burger restaurants. Thank you!

We came in for the $9 meal deal and it was late in evening. We ordered the Caesar salad with our burger and it was so dripping with salad dressing it was not enjoyable. The burger seems to have been microwaved and it was just not that good: soggy, flat rubbery. Perhaps our food was sub par because it was so late in the evening. The wait staff was attentive, hospitable and responsive. If I want a ten dollar burger, for my money: Five Guys.

First time at Red Robin tonight. I ordered their Mad Love burger accompanied by their garlic fries and my friend ordered the Monster Double burger with the steak fries. The garlic fries were delicious and my burger was perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink. As first timers, we were served some steak fries with their homemade ranch sauce and their special campfire sauce. Both sauces were exceptionally delicious! This is a great place for burgers and we will gladly return!

Our server was Haley and she was AWESOME.
Perfect balance of checking on us right away to see if we were ready to order, and checking back during our meal. She happily got the bottom less fries started for us before we decided what to order and kept ‘em comin’. At one point when another staff member was slow to bring us fries she quickly brought us an order herself. Haley was bright cheerful and fun. She lit up the room like she was in charge of making sure that we had a good time, and we did.
When the table top kiosk locked up, being the IT geek at the table, I opened up the bottom to find a paper jam that needed clearing and I popped out the battery to force it to reboot. Another RR team member brought me a new roll of receipt paper — he also offered to check me out “ up front. I did manage to get the kiosk working, but when I was trying to enter this positive (detailed) review the kiosk timed out on the review page and did not let me submit it there. ***** (Five Stars)

Lexi was fantastic. She stayed on top of drinks, brought fries out for the kids right away, and checked in at all the right times. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She also mentioned the rewards program and helped us sign up, which came with a free appetizer. That was a nice surprise and very much appreciated. Lexi is a real asset to the restaurant and made our visit better from start to finish.

Happy hour listed on the doors when you enter. But, just kidding! There isn’t any happy hour any more. Did you have rewards points to use? Well, if you got your favorite burger, you might not be able to use them. Turns out you accidentally got a ‘burger deal’. Was there a way to order your burger and still use your reward points? Have a nice time here. Went with my daughter and grandson. Our server was very attentive. The food was okay. We got a special where it was like 9.99 for the drink the hamburger and the side. Add a restaurant like this that was a pretty good deal. I think you’ll came to around 40 bucks with beverages
