I haven’t ordered from here in months, because my order is usually wrong, and the food tastes worse than normal. Anything crispy, including cinnamon twists, taste like they have been cooked in old oil, or over cooked. But, thought I would give it a whirl again.
Ordered a Mexican pizza with extra pizza sauce. Got a Mexican pizza with only red sauce, and not even extra! Thought I wouldn’t notice with the tomatoes they sprinkled on top.
To top it off, I waited in line for about 15 mins for said pizza. Worth it, NOPE!!!

We love this Taco Bell! We stop most Sundays after church and get Cantina Bowls or Burrito Supremes to go. Our orders are correct even if we modify the bowls, and service is fast. Mason is the best-so friendly and always greets us with a smile! Nice to be recognized and remembered!

Honestly it was a well-kept location. The bathrooms were very sanitary and I appreciated the foot grab on the bathroom doors. It was a nice touch.
The food was not bad but 2/3 quesadillas were not melted at all.
They can do better, but overall not a horrible experience.

They messed up my order I order 2 cantina chicken burritos and they gave me beef and rice burritos instead . Won’t return to Taco Bell ever again . Every time I go to Taco Bell they always mess up the orders.

Absolutely terrible. This is what you will get if you go to the drive-thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza combo and the box for the pizza was crushed so when you open it the pizza sticks to the top of the box. Both tacos were crushed and broken. Also, the tacos are supposed to be supreme. These clearly are not. Just look at the pictures. I had some other stuff as well for my son and his girlfriend but did not get to take pictures of that grossness.
Here we are, a week later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Disgusting customer service.

Check up on the drive through it’s ridiculous the line is not moving what so ever and the dinner is clossed 0 stars if i can i wanna kno what that girl was doing at the register when she aint even taking any orders , due to the lone being stuck for 30 mins if you cant handel orders due to short staff shut down after midnight dont waste peoples time from 2:00 to 2:45 in line!!!! In a taco bell and after all that way i left never coming back ever to this location

Omg this place is beyond horrible I put and order in and wait to pay no came to the counter I waited for 20 minutes I was the only one in there i said hello but no came to at least look, I will not beg For my food, there’s other places that will take my money and give me service. I will never go back. Corporate office needs to come in here and take clean this place up if taco bell is looking to go bankrupt they are doing a good job

We paid $30 for a couple of quesadillas, 2 5 later burritos, pinto beans, and 3 tacos. We got 2 tortillas a quarter full of filling, very lightly filled burritos, and no tacos. So my husband, who just got off a 15 hour shift, went the 10 minutes back to taco bell because UGH! They remade SOME of the food and didn’t offer any money back. The girl working the drive through was very nice, but we won’t be back. Check your bags and I guess open the food to make sure you get even half of what you’re paying for. We only eat fast food like once a month. Not even worth the “cheat”. So much for the taco bell cravings.

Spending 7 bucks a piece for 2 steak quesadillas and getting next to no steak or sauce is wild. This has now happened 3 time at this location. If you enjoy lightly cheesed dry tortillas then this is the spot. Other taco bells dont seem to have this issue.

This Taco Bell is joke. Employees are always on their phones. I’ve seen my order ready on the counter and the girl in the back is just sitting on her phone. I shouldn’t have to yell at someone to give me order and get off their phones.
