Ordered a big fish and when I got it home the fish was flat, dried out and nasty. The bun was also old and hard. I had to throw it out. Called about it but said they wouldn’t do anything because DoorDash brought it. I watched the driver and they came to my house pretty quick. It shouldn’t have been like that after a few minutes. This is the worst Butger King I’ve ever been to. Never again!

Ordered 3 burgers and specifically asked for the patties to be well done. When I opened the food, the patties were white and clearly undercooked, which is completely unacceptable. I had to throw everything out. On top of that, the tomatoes were old and poor quality. Very disappointing experience, especially after being clear with my order. I won’t be returning.

Okay, I love some Burger King. A few years ago I visited this location and got a cold burger. Not even room temperature, but cold. I recently figured I’d try again because we all have a bad day every once in a while. Unfortunately, it was the exact same experience. Come on, BK, I know you can do better. We were in too big a hurry to deal with it so we just ate it. Maybe next time they’ll get it right.

I had placed an online order with a selected pick up time. They gave me my food 15 minutes late, took care of another online that came in after I had arrived to store as I watch the receipt print and food be picked up while I waited. I pay for a larger side and was give small sides. They failed to follow any of the order customizations, I guess adding pickles was too difficult of a task for them. Them when I called in to report the issue the manager tried to tell me what I saw was incorrect and was just very rude over the phone. This location is built on incompetence and stupidity from the staff up to manager it would seem.

Bought a chicken sandwich for my mom, but she didn’t eat it because it tasted like fish. This locations is filthy, no medium drink lids and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order while a girl in the back yelled out no more orders. I hope the Carrols Corporation who runs this location is reading these comments.

It’s truly hard to find a good fast food gem just with the nature of fast food restraint in general. This place is truly almost flawless. The food is always fresh and they’re always fast. The employees are usually friendly and nice. The lobby was clean and free of trash. Thanks for having us! Kudos!

Not sure who is operating this location but needs to look into the extra slow service and terrible food here, maybe it’s the training or attitude of the employees. Been here 3 times and always the same less than mediocre food and service, weather you go inside or drive thru it’s always so slow. Need to do a whole lot better! This is not allowed in Mint Hill. Terrible terrible!!

So I placed a order online mistakenly placed it for take out , showed up at the window drive thru employee with glasses said I would have to come inside. We’ll I didn’t hear him clearly what he really said so I pulled up to the window well I was told it was for take out so I would have to go inside mind you I was the only one in the drive thru and the only people inside the store was the employees ( they weren’t busy at all!!) Well rude female employee tells me I have to go inside which I replied well im at the window can I just get it here? She replies with “well for next time you have to get down” ( nasty face and all) got my food and left,. Well today I went again male employee with long hair greeted us with a smile everything great than I see the same female well she hands me my food and as I turned to put the food down in the car my son asked me ” mom why did she make you a ugly face?” I just told him some people are just miserable in life don’t let it get too you. I’m just saying I will not be coming back n giving my money to this establishment maybe get a better employee since she hates her life and job so much

Unfortunately and sadly I have to put this review so people are aware, I was ignored by the people because I looked Hispanic they took for ever to get my order when finally white people started coming in and getting in line they finally took my order, but then they were skipping me and when I asked about my order they would just say “its being made” but I never got it, I stood there patiently waiting for my order and asking till I had to go back to work. Just makes me sad that people have to be racist like that.
