Really good service. Surprisingly really good food for being a franchise. You wouldn’t know it was a franchise restaurant. My chicken dish was fantastic. The western theme of the restaurant was great. Highly recommend the place. I was really surprised. Some other steak franchise restaurants could learn a lot of lessons from this place. Mooo

1 star by force, this by far wasn’t the best experience. I usually go to the Wesley Chapel location. By far that location is one of the best and cleanest!! But the Fowler location needs to do better. Sadly my server may have been over booked in her area. She was nice, but not attentive to coming back to check on me. My food had to be brought out from someone from the back. The guy that brought my food out, placed it on the table and left. I was so overlying simulated by the finger condom that I didn’t pay much attention to the actual food. The food was ok, I could tell my steak was already precooked, but placed on the grill to warm it up. But it was edible, it took 15 mins for the server to come by after receiving my food to ask if everything was ok. As she notice I had not eaten much of my food because I needed A1 sauce. I waited another 7 mins watching her help other tables. Guess when she passed by my table she remembered and had the host to give me A1 sauce. The bottle placed on the table looked nasty. Clearly you can tell the bottles are not being wiped down at the end of the day. I decided not to use it because of how it looked. Even if I was to send the food back, it would’ve taken her another 45 mins just to reorder or even get fresh food. I would rate this experience 2 of 10. The service from the door is average. The tables are too close together, and you feel very cramped. I recommend the waitress girl change jobs! Terrible attitude. The food was okay! Cleanliness is average. The atmosphere is very stressful. The waiters rush you around as if you were a competitor. You don’t feel relaxed here.

I’m visiting from out of town. I informed the server of my allergies. She made sure to inform the manager and chefs. They brought out my food and with the first bite of fish it melted in my mouth. Pricey place to eat, but worth every penny spent. I couldn’t be more impressed with this location and it’s staff. Thank you for making me a safe meal away from home.

I want to take a moment to recognize Yoyo for how amazing she was Wednesday night at LongHorn. From the second we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She checked on us consistently without being overbearing, made sure our drinks stayed full, got our orders exactly right, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Her energy really made the experience enjoyable.
What stood out the most, though, wasn’t just her great service it was how professionally she handled a very uncomfortable situation.
While we were there, I witnessed a guest speak to her in a completely disrespectful and unacceptable way. The woman called her out of her name and spoke down to her in a tone no one deserves, especially someone who was simply doing their job and doing it well. Yoyo remained calm, composed, and respectful the entire time. She did not raise her voice, she did not match the negativity she handled it with grace. That takes a lot of self-control and professionalism.
What was disappointing, however, was that no manager stepped in to address the situation. As a customer watching this happen, it was uncomfortable. Employees should feel supported and protected in their workplace, especially when they are being verbally mistreated by a guest. No one deserves to be called out of their name while at work. Management should have intervened, not only to de-escalate the situation but to make it clear that disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.
Yoyo continued serving her other tables with the same kindness and efficiency, despite what had just happened. That says a lot about her character and work ethic. She did not allow one rude individual to ruin the experience for everyone else.
LongHorn is lucky to have someone like Yoyo representing their restaurant. She embodies patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I truly hope management recognizes how valuable she is and ensures their staff feel supported when situations like that arise.
Yoyo, if you ever see this you handled that situation beautifully. You were appreciated, and your hard work did not go unnoticed.

Got home (45 minute drive with traffic) just to realize that I ordered a 9 pc chicken tender meal and only got 6 pcs. Took 20 minutes waiting in curbside to get my food after the initial 25 that it takes to prepare the food. Just overall ugh!!!

Love this location! Tonight did not disappoint. I ordered the White Cheddar stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer and a Sirloin with steamed Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes. The service was awesome. My server was Ashlee and she was helpful & friendly! The food was amazing and I’m leaving happy!

We come here pretty often and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. Our server, Laylani, was very inattentive — it took a long time to be greeted and receive our drinks and food, an item was forgotten, and we were asked multiple times if we wanted boxes after saying no. She asked if everything was good after we finished didn’t check in like she was in a rush for us to leave. We know the service here can be excellent (we previously had Ethan/Ian who was amazing), so we’re hoping this was just an off night. But it wasn’t a nice experience.

We had an amazing experience at LongHorn, thanks to Joseph. While the bar was a little slow, Joseph more than made up for it with his outstanding service, professionalism, and great attitude. He stayed attentive, made sure we were taken care of, and truly went above and beyond.
On top of that, all of our food was cooked perfectly—exactly how we ordered it. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and on point.
Joseph made our visit memorable, and we will absolutely be requesting him again. He’s the kind of server that keeps us coming back!
