Maybe it’s just my family and I, but we thought that the sliders were kinda meh. There were HOLES IN THE SLIDER PATTY. We looked up what that was for, and it said, “it is to let the onions steam” whatever that means. That feels a little fake. The actual food TASTE was ok. We didn’t hate it, didn’t love it. The fries were completely unsalted, but could’ve been so much more. The sliders were meh, I personally would choose it over a McDonald’s if I had one near by. The only thing my entire family loved was the mozzarella sticks. Those were almost perfectly cooked, and delicious. Overall, it’s an ok place if you don’t expect any more than a McDonald’s, you’ll be pretty satisfied.

That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a white castle. The onions were only half cooked, the bun was completely soaked in some kind of liquid, and then the burger was shoved into the box so hard it was completely smashed. I gave it to my dog. No stars

Don’t come here! The team members i have ran into have the worst attuide EVER! I asked for 2 double cheese and a large fry. My fry was so salty and oily and cold I knew it laid around for a while ! And my double cheese were wet and sloppy and still were pink on the side. I asked for ketchup and I was replied with a scoff and a mutter under the team members breath “omgg bro”. If you hate your job so much maybe dont work in fast food

They young man in the drive through today was so nice. The food was fresh and hot especially the fries, which makes such a a difference. I have never been to this location, but I will definitely be back.

These people are SOOOO slow! I dont know what goes on in there but when you’re the only one in the parking lot besides employees…..you’d think the service would be A LOT quicker. Got 2 doubles and onion rings, it took like 20 mins!!

The food was really good, fresh and hot!. Pretty good customer service!. The french fries were nice and hot (as they should be). But the bathrooms really need some real attention though (Seriously!!).

* Order taker/cashier was nice but appears to be in need of a bit more training and guidance
* Had to wait for coffee order. None was ready.

The worst food that we ever had the chicken rings were nasty there’s no chicken in them and flat our cheese burgers were smash and boxes were open. And the shrimp was okay but the worst food is the fries no salt and not done skip them if you can 23.78 for food that wasn’t worth it. The place was dark and not very friendly or clean
