Asked for 2 Sausage McMuffins, a burrito, and a coffee with extra caramel. Got NO SAUSAGE ON A SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN, NO sauce for the burrito, and the coffee was just STRAIGHT UP coffee concentrate. DON’T charge for something if the customer ISN’T GOING TO END UP GETTING it. 0/5 stars but God forbid Google doesn’t have a 0 star option

I assumed that when you get a large fries you want them fresh and not old and smashed down with only half of the old fries inside. It’s 9:46pm and everything was alright until they did the fries dirty.

I used to brag about this location prior to the remodel and rash of new hires.
Since then, this location is nothing but bad attitude and horrible service.
And even the food quality has gone slightly downhill. (I ordered a Big Mac woth no lettuce or pickle…. THREE remakes to get that right )
The people they’ve hired for the lobby are rude and act like they are bothered by what they do.
They will walk right past you without even acknowledging you exist and when they finally do, it’s usually a “what you need?” With a rude tone, And then a 15 minute wait for whatever it is that you ask for.
Now there are some solid employees still here, but the majority of the new hires really do diminish the experience here. I understand needing to hire people, I just don’t understand how management was able to put together a solid team pre-remodel and now it is really turning into another poorly ran location customer service wise.

Just went in and waited at counter for 6 or 7 minutes. 2 people walked by but no one would wait on me. Come on guys, you have do better than that. Decided to go down the street to eat.

Greg at the location on 29th and Sunnylane gave me a wonderful experience and amazing customer service which is something I rarely get at a fast food spot. He made the time enjoyable and was attentive. Good job Greg keep it up!

Night shift is always short staffed and they can’t keep up with the orders. Tonight 11/4/25, when I walked in to order I was not acknowledged and after waiting 10 minutes I finally spoke up she said ma’am, I have a door dash order. She replied with an annoyance in her tone as she said yes, we only have one cook in the kitchen so you’ll have to either unassign from the order or wait a little bit. I would’ve been ok with waiting, I was less impressed with the fact that you don’t acknowledge costumers when they come in and you assumed I was there for door dash instead of assisting me. Because I usually come in and order and pay with cash and let my kids play. Horrible attitude. Food for thought “Be mindful that you’re not the only one who is having a tough day”…… and the fact that our first 5 orders for the night were from this one location ♀️ but food is usually hot and yummy when I order for myself!!

TERRIBLE experience! First of all we ordered our food on the mobile app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. We provided the code and the lady says we are having technical issues and we had to order regularly. We had asked if we will get a refund and she said the orders aren’t even going through. I had a feeling we weren’t getting our money back or our many points we used to get this food and sure enough we did not get our points or money back. I will NEVER be coming here again and am very disappointed in them. The people working the drive-thru are very rude and got annoyed with us when we simply asked for Mayo packets. This is not the first time we have had horrible experiences at this location but this was the icing on the cake

The “queen of the sauces” midnight manager refused to give me a sauce for a paying costumer. I even offered to pay for it myself and she still refused to help me out. I guess paying customers are not what keeps this business afloat. Thanks a lot lady, robbed me of my tip. I’m glad this lady is not in an actual position of power but I still feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her on a daily basis.

This store has improved dramatically since the remodel. The food is very good. The staff members are pleasant. The “lobby ” where the kiosks are is too small and crowded though.
