The absolute best food ever!! We loved the Caprese, the mozzarella was fresh and delicious. We ordered the Diavola pizza and this is by far the best pizza I have ever tried in my life. I’ve tried pizza in the US and even in New York and nothing can top their pizza. We loved it so much that we ordered one to go to have in our room. Came back the next day for lunch.

Wonderful little spot for some great local eats! The tagliolini al pomodoro had a fantastic tomato sauce, and the risotto ai frutti di mare had a plentiful mix of clams, shrimp, and squid. The bistecca allá Fiorentina comes out of the kitchen sizzling and looks fantastic. Coupled with energetic and attentive staff, this place makes for a very pleasant dinner.

We came at lunchtime and ordered the spicy florentine stake and truffle tagliatelle with house red and white wine. The Steak came perfectly cooked on a sizzling platter and the tagliatelle was aldete and full of flavour. The service was great, our waiter was very attentive. The location isngreat, ticked away close tot the catherdral, but away from the noise of the busy tourist filled streets. We’ll be back on our next trip to florence.

Been here in January 2023 and then in October 2025. Quality of food is consistent. I highly recommend their risotto dishes. The carbonara is to die for! But the pièce de résistance is definitely the Bistecca alla Fiorentina, which is also competitive in terms of its price. I also commend the male waiter when we dined there. He was alone but very efficient and observant to what the customers need. I highly recommend this!

A very pleasant dinner with fantastic laid back vibes. Our waiter, Alteo, was very attentive and professional. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina and pesto gnocchi were the highlights. Highly recommend!

We ordered a Florentine steak which came out on a sizzling skillet. SO DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked and just the right amount of salt. We split it between two people and also got a side of sautéed vegetables, so tasty. Complimented by a bottle of red wine, they had a large wine menu. The service was great, our server was very attentive. Next time we are in Florence, We will be back!
