The place itself is great the food, play area is great but my last visit wasn’t pleasant at all, i and my other car occupant were basically called liars, we placed an order via drive thru, we got to the first window to pay moved forward and we got a small bag, we checked the bag and the other items were missing so we told them they couldn’t find it in the computer,we told them what was ordered and how much we paid and the young cashier started saying she didn’t take our order, she never talked to us the manager was there at that time, but to get to the point, the cashier said we know we didn’t order that and they still forgot the apple pie for my other car occupant I went in and she started talking loud and bold like she wanted to fight about food that we actually paid for and the manager on duty or assistant manager couldn’t seem to handle her, so another worker i believe was the manager on duty asked me what was missing and kindly went and bagged it for me,and I haven’t been back. Some of these young people, children that’s supposed to lead the world after us, will kill the world because they don’t listen or want you to tell and teach them nothing, you can’t be in customer service and don’t know how to service customers that’s paying your bills.

It’s surprising that such a nice, newly built McDonald’s delivers such a poor overall experience. From the moment you enter, there is no clear structure or direction for customers. The self-service kiosk appears to be confusing, and employees were unable to assist or explain how it works.
Customer service was lacking across the board. The cashier seemed untrained, the employee bagging orders ignored customers entirely, and the manager appeared to be doing the work herself rather than directing and training her team.
The food quality was just as disappointing. The chicken nuggets were cold, the fries were soggy, and the drink tasted like orange-flavored seltzer water. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not worth the money.

I haven’t been to McDonald’s n YEARRSSSSSS! And today I decided to give this McDonald’s n clarksdale Ms a try. Baby they really did me wrong on my order. I got a large big Mac w/ extra mcsauce and ask for my fries fresh and let them knew I’m willing to wait. First off it was just 2 cars on each side waiting for over 10 mins for someone to come to the intercoms and they seem like they was tryin to rush u with ur order when u was tryin to place it. ♀️ I wasted my time, got my food, I didn’t have the extra mc sauce I ask and the fries was Cold… I wasted my money Wendy’s will b the best place to go if u in the clarksdale area…

The worst experience of my life. I never thought i would have this problem but i did. I am a loyal customer, i go every morning and get 2 coffees with 3 creams 4 sugars added in and this is the thanks i get. I waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged and buy the time i was Manager Sanchez told me to wait longer. So i drove around and a shift leader comes to the window with a worser attitude than Sanchez and tells me it’s 3:00 and that i caint have what i want to eat. The pictures showes that no one was in front or back to take my order. I had to drive around and knock on the window just to get service. Its not fare to me because I spend my money there everyday to receive service like this. It’s no rating for this- 7 if you ask me.

I have no clue what is up with McDonald’s in clarksdale but every time you go during lunch hours they are backed up and it takes 20-30 mins to get to order your lunch and then they pull you over to bring it out. Poor management!!!! Awful!! They know what time it is!!! People leaving from line and it’s still slow!!! Get it together McDonald’s!!!!

As you can see my receipt state that I ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal with a root beer and they gave me nuggets with barbecue sauce that my son hates and a root beer when I called the 1-800 number they told me that someone from the store was going to call me but they never did so I guess my son happiness with his Happy Meal wasn’t important to them me myself I’ve grown out of McDonald’s food every now and then I’ll stop and get a filet o fish with extra tartar sauce lettuce and tomatoes but my son he loves Walmart in McDonald’s if he doesn’t know anything else he can recognize those two names
