I’ve never left a review for Texas Roadhouse, but man, they deserve it. Came in to use my Veterans Day entree coupon. Moderately busy Tuesday night. Sat at the bar, Kayla was on it and got me a beer and a water. Ordered my 6oz sirloin and two sides. Steak medium rare, baked potato and veggies. Came out in decent time.
Steak was perfect in temp, texture and seasoning. Potato was bigger than a new born baby, fluffy insides, crispy skin, crusty with salt, sour cream and butter. Damn! Veggies still hot, seasoned nicely and not over cooked and watery. I mean holy cow, way to go folks. 10 ⭐️.

Had great service and yummy food, we enjoyed that we could have louder conversations and laugh on a Friday night. I really liked that the general managers personalize their location by listing their favorites and checking up on us that everything was to our liking. The bread and butter is so addictive and we loved the peanuts and menu choices were fantastic. Onion cactus and steaks of course! Sweet potato was actually sweet

The food was great, but I think it might be time to retrain at least some of the staff. I waitress came by and got our drink order. She came back with the drinks and took our food order. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was wonderful. So far, so good.
The problem I had was she came back and asked if everything was good. OK, first checkup went well. The issue is we didn’t see her again until she brought out the bill. I sat there for 15 minutes, watching 5 members of the kitchen staff and wait staff playing with, what I thought were pictures of the staff hanging on the wall to the left of the bar. When she did her one and only check on the table, my soda was 2/3 gone. Never came back to check. She walked by our table 5 times, and didn’t see my empty glass, which was on the edge of the table.
I used to manage a restaurant. The one thing we pushed was never, ever, let a customer empty the glass without offering a refill, much less let them sit there for double digit minutes with an empty glass.
Thanks for trying, but the quality of the food is not enough to bring me back.

Absolutely amazing the place was packed and the service was still great! Our waitress did a great job, I wish I could remember her name! The food was good but Texas roadhouse is always good… but it’s the staff that make it that much better!

Update 5/18/24:
I am not sure how things went downhill so fast. Or we had an epically bad night that was a fluke. We come here monthly, usually due to the gluten-free options and my husband’s dietary restrictions. Normally, everything is perfectly cooked and quick, considering how busy they are most of the time. Tonight, we came to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He ordered a full rack of ribs. They were burned, dried to a crisp. His fries died 10 minutes before they got to the table, and the beans were cold. His meal was inedible. I gave him my ribs, which was a half rack cooked perfectly. I also had BBQ chicken and beans that were hot. The same beans are completely opposite the temperature. It was just weird. There were very few people there and no wait for the first time. I don’t know if the terrible food is a one-off or not as we haven’t been here for about 3 months due to trying Green Bay out.It certainly was nothing like this any previous visit. The music was blaring when they seated us. We had difficulty talking to each other at our booth without shouting. No one else was in our section as the other 2 tables left right after we sat down. At the end of the meal, a bartender was cleaning the bar next to us and must have turned the music down because it was much better. Great music, but it gave me a headache by the time it was turned down. We let the server know about the disappointing food. I really hope they get better with quality control.

Extremely busy night. We pre-registered online for a table. Wait, it was about 45 minutes. When we were walking in, there were a lot of people waiting by the door unhappy that it “appeared.” we walked in and got seated right away. They didn’t understand that we had registered online and waited just as long as the walk-ins. Once seated, everything went quickly. Drinks, food, and service were fantastic! Our meals were cooked to perfection.
Fantastic customer service. Fast seating and service in general.
Really enjoyed the steaks, chicken, and ribs were to die for.
Potato skins and the boneless wings are bursting with flavor.
It wasn’t very busy as we went on a Monday evening.
I ordered a pineapple margarita, and it was made perfectly.
I highly recommend trying this place if it’s not too packed. Tried going several times in the last few months but couldn’t find a parking spot.
Easy to find and navigate to as well.
The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean. Miss the peanuts but not on the floor. Try it and you won’t be sorry.

I haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in many, many years. It was a little different from the last time, but still very good. Warm buns and their signature butter were the best part. Grilled salmon was good. Get to pick two sides with every dinner meal it seems. A little on the expensive side for a family, but a nice atmosphere.

Texas Roadhouse is consistently good, has an excellent reputation. I had a couple of issues with this particular visit. My steak was over cooked and there was a weird grittiness to the mushroom and onions on it. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
