Horrible experience. Ordered through Uber Eats and both pizzas that showed up were wrong, not even close to what I ordered. Called the location and the manager was completely unprofessional saying that I’m not reading my order summary right and offered absolutely nothing in regards to a remedy to the situation; not even an apology. Never let me finish a sentence before talking over me. Rude and unprofessional. Will never order from this location again.

This Papa John’s location never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. I love how they use quality ingredients — you can really taste the difference. The garlic butter and pepper that come with each pizza make it even better. The staff is polite, the service is quick, and delivery is always on time. I wasn’t expecting much, but wow—this pizza was amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese melted just right, and the flavor was better than some takeout places I’ve tried. I haven’t been here in probably a year! But I was craving it tonight…bad idea! Ordered a regular pizza, and it looks and taste like NY style. The crust is so thin. I’ve never had my crust this thin from here before! My pizza was nasty, and the garlic sauce was already opened! I called, and the guy who made the pie answered. I’m tired of writing this review, so I’ll stop there! lol This place doesn’t taste the same at all! I won’t be back!

First the most part parking is slim there depending in time of day. There are no signs pointing people in the right direction to drive. The experience inside is clean and bright. The staff could be more attentive to customers. Stood there for over 10 mins just to have a helper come over and tell me to wait longer. The plain cheese pizza just had a dish washer smell. Never again.

I don’t know why you treat customers like this. I ordered 16pc chicken wings and found that I simply padded my car with tin foil. When I found it was too late to get it. My hands are full of oil, too. Is it difficult to provide a box? Or is the owner of this store simply unwilling to buy boxes for guests to use?

Need to turn their door dash off at a certain time. Inconvenient and not considerate to DD customers. Most places leave a buffer between last orders and closing time. Wasted not only my time but three door washers. I could have ordered elsewhere.

I used to eat Papa Johns a lot years ago. I just had there “regular” custom pizza, it tastes like plain pizza. Honestly Dominos and Pizza Hut are way better unfortunately and cheaper. Also there cheesy bread sticks was just pizza cut in a different shape.
