This Wendy’s sucks. They can never tet an order right 3 times in a row they missed items, big items too like burgers each time. Also one of these days cooks argued saying she never missed the item and threw a fit about it. I was literally still in the drive thru when I let them onow and they also confirmed they didnt out it in yet she argued and said she did make it.. clearly she didnt.. 3 people told her but she was unwilling to just make a new one. So I waited for her tantrum to end then she made the correct burger.

Burger was great. Gentleman who worked the drive up window was super friendly. Only drawback was sat awhile at the speaker before they took my order . But I can overlook that as the friendly service made up for the delay. Friendlier staff overall that what used to be. Good job!

They have never gotten my order right from this location. I deliberately stopped eating here for about 9 months. Decided to try it again and they got my drink wrong. I ordered the chocolate foam drink and I got a watered down ice coffee. They even gave me a spoon to eat this as if it were a frosty, no straw. It’s literally water . Either retrain your staff or shut this location down. I’ve been here 5 times and NEVER have I gotten what I paid for or had friendly employees. DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s a waste of money

This location is exactly why AI is better at taking your order. I said i wanted an asiago ranch chicken sandwich combo, spicy, with a drink and 2 frostys. So they then proceed to give me 2 chicken sandwiches, one spicy and one not. Never coming back to this location again, I couldn’t even understand what the person was saying that took my order either.

My husband used to stop here on his way home from work to get us a late night snack, but I had to request that he stop going to this Wendy’s. The food was always awful, like it had been sitting out for a while. So now he brings us Wendy’s from closer to his work, and despite taking 20+ minutes longer to arrive, it tastes way better.
Whoever works the closing shifts (especially 11pm and after) should probably get a job that doesn’t involve food. Please.

Me and several coworkers stopped in for lunch today. The food was very fresh but the highlight of the day was Donna! She courteously came by our table to ask how everything was with the biggest smile I’ve seen all week! Thanks Donna!! We work here regularly and will definitely be back.
