Had A great experience today at Olive Garden! Dafne Was an amazing waitress. She was constantly checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The host as well made sure to inform me of who will be taking care of me today and letting me know they would be with me shortly. The service and communication was great. I don’t come here often so it was good to have a good experience.

We went for dinner at Olive Garden on Lansing Il for our Anniversary dinner it was 2 of us but our party supposed to be 10 people.it was very slow and we waited for more then 10 minutes to be seated but no one came to help us or ask us how many people..we waited and waited and no one came Then a gentleman walked in and one waitress came so fast asked him what he need and she never knowledge that we were thete waiting to be seated..WE WALKED OUT AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN WE WERE TREATED WITH RESPECT…BAD SERVICE AND AND MANAGEMENT. My server was Tamia, she was good. A little flustered because of a few larger groups, but very nice, pleasant and accommodating.
I had the tour of Italy and the best thing on that was the chicken parm. The lasagna was decent, but that Alfredo was super bland. They need to kick that up a notch. Salad and breadsticks were good as usual. The star of the show was the Shrimp Misto appetizer. Its new and it’s delicious! A must try!

The food was delicious as always. Our waiter was nice and attentive, which is important to me. I didn’t like where we were sitting; we were by the kitchen, and they kept coming in and out of the kitchen with food. Other than that everything was good. I ordered an salad to go and when I got to the bottom there was the core to the lettuce, I was very disappointed in them. Feel like they owe me something for that. I was not happy with them and very surprised with this coming from Olive Garden.

Just seen last review..exactly the same experience. Seated and no one ever came. Waited 25 minutes and ask another couple and they were never served either. They were there 30 minutes. Told manager but all she could say was I’ll help you. We were super hungry by then so we left. Never again all the waitresses walking around and there was nobody there??

With a very cold night that it was tonight. I decided to place a order to pick up cause I usually go in and dine in.After learning that I had to go inside to get my food vs curbside I was bothered in the beginning from getting a phone call from Brandon,as soon as I walked in I decided to use some humor on Brandon and his face was priceless that he changed my attitude and I laughed about it(if you ask he might tell) after meeting i wishe id left a tip cause it was worth walking in for my meal Next time I will dine in and hopefully see Brandon and he can wait on me to give him the well deserved tip that I didn’t give him.I will be back Brandon
