Just had a cold cut combo from this location and was very disappointed with the sandwich. Used to be that the combo was pretty well loaded down with meat and garnishments. This time however there was very little meat and cheese. Felt like I was eating just bun with little in between. Will have to consider not patronizing this establishment in the future.

Every time I have been here (won’t be going back again) the staff is either yelling a conversation across the store with friends i assume are just hanging out, or they are just out right rude.. the food awful.. stale bread old cheese.. they made the sandwich and put an ungodly amount of cheese on it I had to ask for them to remove it. Than the spinach looks like someone chewed it up and spat it back into the dish and I asked if they had any fresh and the stuff they brought out looked about the same. Honestly all the veggies were questionable at best… did not finish the sandwich….normally I’m not one to complain but damn.. I use to work at subway and I’d be fired if my standards were that low ….

Went to the bathroom while husband picked up our food the Italian sub is supposed to be toasted and wasnt so we took it back to the counter requesting it be and the older tall blonde with a pink clippy refused to toaster sandwich that we paid for. Do not recommend this location what so ever.

All of us old timers surely remember the Wendy’s commercial, “WHERE’S the BEEF.” That’s the motto at this Subway, except it’s, “WHERE’S the DELI-MEAT?”

I typically order a footlong, and I start eating where the employees cut the sandwich in half. What I noticed for the last few times ordering from JUST THIS LOCATION, the employee who puts the meat on the bread, will put the normal amount of meat in the middle, but towards the last 1/4 of the ends it’s literally one slice folded, along with the cheese, so in reality I’m missing half of the meat or more compared to what you see in the middle where the cut is made.

The middle part of the sandwich is satisfying, but when you get past the way it’s supposed to be made, you feel like you’re eating a loaf of bread. I know some will blame the staff, but the staff at this location has always been friendly, so I finally asked why do they not make a FULL SANDWICH LIKE THEIR COMPETITION and OTHER SUBWAYS, I received a friendly smile and was told that is how management/ownership instructed them to make sandwiches with deli meat on them. I’m guessing if you like the meatball sub, it’s one less ball? I wonder how could they cheat you with Tuna? Hmmm maybe that’s the safe sandwich to order from this location?

Cmon ownership, it’s not like you don’t charge full price, so give your customers what they pay for, because customers talk….I’m not referring to reading reviews, I’m referring to customers who are eating your product are showing everyone what I’m referring too. As an attorney who frequently is in Lincoln County, I’ve asked others if they have experienced exactly what I am saying, most have said YES with a laugh, because they thought it was just their imagination, one poor customer thought maybe it’s always been this way. Makes me wonder on those who have not noticed….must of had the TUNA???!!!

Shame on ownership!!!! You lost a devoted Subway customer my friend!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, one of the worst expierences I’ve ever encountered with a subway that could’ve easily been resolved. Managers really need to step up and ensure their employees aren’t acting like they are the managers to customers telling me it can easily be fixed if I bring my receipt in (which I had) and then having the manager tell me she’s not going to do it and laughs as if it’s funny over orders being wrong/refusing to fix the issue! Sarah was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She should not be working as a manager if this is how she handles her employees mistakes! I feel bad for everyone else who has to deal with her/this store and am disappointed in subway for having someone like her in the position she is in!

On December 19th at 8:00 p.m. we stopped by Subway in Troy. Chairs were already put up on the table, and one of the clerks was sweeping behind the counter even though closing was not until 9:00 p.m. She ignored us totally for 4 minutes or so until I asked her “are you open?” She said “yes” and kept sweeping. After she stopped sweeping, she decided to put her hair up in pony tail flipping hair everywhere by the food. Finally she started to take our order. I had a coupon and she said it was good on the steak and cheese sandwich. Another clerk came in and rudely said it was not good with a coupon. We asked about the price of a salad and she vaguely gave us a number. It was 100% apparent these two had already closed the store and were not interested in waiting on us. So we walked out without buying anything. We have never been so disrespected by young people in an establishment where I planned to spend a considerable amount of money. These two girls were rude and dismissive, so we took our food dollars elsewhere.
