Totally not worth it they promised 20 different meets which consist in offering the majority of pork , Guts , thymus which to us that did not consist in exclusive meets. We proceeded to ask for Tomahawk Steak , Skirt Steak , Beef ribs which according to the menu were also part of the list the waiters informed us it was gonna take a minute after waiting and waiting they bring out the Tomahawk steak and only provided 2 thin slices as thin as a sheet of paper the salad bar very poor quality the fruits extremely poor quality. Boiled eggs and extremely low quality sushi . We were offered Shrimp with pineapple and bell peppers without informing us that they charged extra for few small shrimps in a plate. My checked came out to $120 Dollars for 2 adults and a minor definitely not worth it.

We’ve come several times over the years but never reviewed the place before.
Today we came on a Monday, the place was not crowded which is not common here, so we had a very fast and good service. I prefer this one over the one in El Caballito since there is more parking and is more cozy and quiet.
We had the buffet for two people and a bottle of L.A Cetto wine and the night went very good for us. The total at the end of the night was of $1,400 mexican pesos.
Also we went with a baby and the place was prepared for that, the only bad thing is that the restroom is very small, specially the one with the changing station.
Other than that my husband accidentally broke a glass of wine and in question of seconds a waiter brought us a new one and took the other one.

That day we had an Excellent service, and I gave them 5 stars! Since that family diner, I returned again a few times and had a great service but on Saturday, February 04, 2023 my son made a reservation for a family diner to celebrate a Baptism. The salad bar was awesome the meats services were very good but the assigned waitress not. At our arrival, we were a party of 13 people, my son informed to the waitress assigned to our area, about the Baptism expecting the popular cake or ice cream for our little girl who is 5 yrs. old but our waitress was lazy and she didn’t receive any greeting. We were seated next to the kid’s place and our assigned waitress still very rude, slow and impolite. At the end, when my son asked for the ticket, a pretty young lady arrived to charge him the ticket and she stood next to our waitress. While the pay process, the table waitress demanded her tips to be added to the total balance. I informed her, I will leave her tips, but she went mad. She yelled at me; she was expecting her tips. She told me a list of the different percents the restaurant charge, and finally the minimum of 10 percent of the total balance. The total balance was 5,000+ pesos…. she stared a big drama while the young lady, who was next her was in silence. My son paid the total with his ATM but not the tips, other family member paid her the 500.00 pesos, who were the 10 percent of the balance. Since the waitress was rude, lazy, and we were asking for service to other staff members or we walked to pick up our own plates and forks, due she was everywhere but our area, she deserved just a dollar and not what she was fighting…what do you think?

We visited Pamapas to celebrate my child’s birthday( it was his to choose) Meats were ok but a little bit on the hard/done side.

Customer Service is outstanding, professional & courteous. Great selection of meats being offered directly to your table. Salad Bar is great with a huge variety of entries to choose from. Service is well organized and the place very clean.

Worst restaurant ever. Food was nasty the service was what ever it took them 15 minutes for a server to come offer us drinks . But the worst part of it all was seen a cockroach crawling underneath are table. Seen that just made are stomachs feel nauseous image how the kitchen is probably infested with cockroaches. Fixed price, all you can eat. Great selection of Brazilian-style meats served by roving waiters right from the spit. Biggest salad and side-dish bar I’ve ever seen. Plenty of options for vegetarians (but why, when meats are THE reason to eat here?). Well stocked bar. Definitely worth the price, which is very reasonable.
