This place is a hidden gem for some of the best food in Chino. Can’t even really tell it’s there, but if you’re by the Chevy dealer off Riverside Dr & Central Ave. It’s right next to that.
Atmosphere is great, food is even better, and costumer service by Oscar in the front was excellent. Really nice and friendly, made the whole experience even better. You gotta check this place out amazing food and experience all around.

I have traveled from Chicago to visit your establishment. Upon arrival, your staff informed me that you are closed at 8:35, despite your closing time being 9. I was genuinely looking forward to experiencing your services, and I drove 40 minutes from my current accommodation. I hope to revisit your establishment in the future.

Let me start off saying the food here is very delicious and is the reason why I keep coming back here. However, the service & atmosphere are atrocious. I come to this restaurant at least 2x’s a week and request a water cup with my meal. Today, as I was eating my meal in the restaurant a cook from the kitchen came to my table and told me to pay for the water cup very rudely, in-front of other customers. Essentially, bullying me into paying for the cup because I filled it with soda before water. Therefore, he ruined my meal and made me feel very uncomfortable. Paying for the water cup is not an issue for me but what is an issue is the lack of respect and hospitality to a place I frequent bi-weekly. Sad to say, I will not be coming back here and will tell friends, family, & the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Im beyond frustrated. I would order this place all the time on DoorDash. I stopped a few months ago because it just wasn’t the same and not worth the money or complaint on my DoorDash account anymore. I’m truly bot understanding what changed but i would live to speak with management. The inconsistencies are ridiculous and need to be addressed. With the amount of money i wasted here due to poor quality and amount of issues. I have had to complain so many times to DoorDash where they wont even let me get my money back anymore. Hints to why in finally coming on here to complain. What I received today was a joke. I will not order from here again. If you ain’t going to do it right. Then don’t do it all.

Good food bad service. Wife and father in law had delicious looking teriyaki Plates they actually enjoyed very much. For me I wanted fried food I had fries battered shrimp and fish fries were a bit oversalted shrimp was great and 1 piece of my fish was served Raw. Very speedy service on serving food litteraly sat down and it was ready, but maybe slow down just a bit to ensure fish is fully fried.

When we walked in and grazed over the menu we immediately were hit with are you ready to order. we got two bowls one chicken one beef plus the super teriyaki fries. It is to die for all of it I immediately fell in love with the super fries that smacks so hard. Other than the super snazy customer service all around this places gets busy is very delicious and very fast paced so enjoy

I was in the mood for teriyaki chicken and came to Teriyaki House . I have to say that from the outside it does not look appealing at all but the food is great and delicious the place is small they have friendly customer service. I got chicken plate and the teriyaki fries which i highly recommend the chicken was cooked to perfection and exquisite it is some what pricy but its worth it i’ll be coming back my new teriyaki chicken spot !!

I placed an online order and paid in advance before arriving at the restaurant. It took me over 20 minutes to get there, and upon arrival, I was informed that my order was queued for 10 am the next day. Who orders a meal the night before for 10 am the following morning?

I was charged for a meal I never received, and I was told I had to contact another company for a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they did not have their number available for customers. As someone in the service industry, I know how important it is to take responsibility when mistakes happen, and this experience was unacceptable.

Normally, I avoid leaving negative reviews, but this service compelled me to speak out. It’s not about the $20 meal—it’s about accountability and providing proper customer service.
