Went strictly off google reviews and stopped in. The don Julio top shelf Margarita was perfect! Salsa and chips were great and server was very attentive.
We ordered fajitas and asked for no sour cream. Plate came out with sour cream on the lettuce and guacamole. Server took the plate back and came back a few minutes later. Rather than having a new plate of lettuce and guacamole, the sour cream was scooped off and some of the sour cream was still mixed in the lettuce and guacamole. But we didn’t want to send it back again.
The tortillas tasted store bought and heated up. Decor and vibe were very cool , but a new $1.00 plate of lettuce and guacamole should have been the answer.

The interior is like walking into a Roman temple, paintings everywhere, stunning. Annie, our server, was amazing. The steak we ordered was somewhat salty and she got it replaced for us. Other than that, food was amazing. She was super patient and explained everything to us calmly when we had concerns.

We had an amazing experience at Fiesta Cancun! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and very affordable. Everything came out fresh and tasted incredible. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was great! We had the snapper, mixed fajitas, shrimp cocktail, and tacos de tripa. Authentic flavors all around. Service was a bit slow but it could have been because the place was packed.

This place is a MUST try! Aside from the decor being amazing, the food is good. The servings are very large, and the prices are reasonable. I was happy right away because the complimentary chips and salsa were actually good, as compared to many Mexican restaurants we have been to. Instead of stale or greasy chips and watery tasteless salsa, these were light and fresh. The salsa was a flavorful puree that clung to the chip easily. They have a lunch Menu, so my wife ordered the steak fajitas. It came out looking and sounding great! Ample tortillas (and they didn’t have any issues with bringing you more). I had the Chicken Vallarta. It was a beautifully tender grilled chicken breast that was topped with plenty of juicy shrimp, onions, and mushrooms, in a creamy sauce. We didn’t have dessert, but we saw some other tables eating a couple…definitely next time!

I’m visiting from out of town and wanted some authentic Mexican food and found the right spot. The food was delicious, fresh and savory. The customer service was above and beyond and the music made me want to go dancing right after! Ruben and Angela made my night, thank you for your speedy customer service and for being so attentive. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in town.

Our server Wendy was exceptionally attentive and always asking if we needed anything else and if food items were to our liking. She shared all info on our selection of food as it was our first time here. I truly recommend giving the restaurant a try as it’s awesome and the food temperature is hot and very well seasoned. Drinks were on point as well and we will be coming back again for sure to Altamonte Springs to this restaurant. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone and portions are large and shareable, if you want to share!

When you go ask for Anna, she offers great food and drink recommendations—real recommendations, not the kind where they try to upcharge you on food or drinks. The food was super flavorful, and I’m Latin, so this is not something I just throw around.
I ordered the medium passion fruit margarita with my meal, and I’m a “lightweight,” so I could not finish it even though it was delicious.
I ordered the shredded chicken quesadillas, and they were loaded with juicy chicken—so good. I got the tableside guacamole; it was small for the price but also good. I probably wouldn’t order the guacamole again, though, if I’m being honest.
My husband ordered the molcajete, and it was SO damn good. Next time, I’m definitely ordering that; it was enough to feed about two to three people

Our waitress, Sara was amazing! She came by and checked on us numerous times. The food was Amazing! We ordered Flautas, La Fiesta Quesadillas and the chipotle ranch burrito- fried ice cream and Xangos- we will be back and will order the same again, and other new items. Everything was excellent!

Ricardo, was great we tried the asada fries absolutely the best! So good I almost forgot to stop eating and take a photo. If you’re in Altamonte springs and like asada fries you won’t be disappointed!
