I had such a great experience thanks to our server Erick! he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. his positive attitude really made the whole dining experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests, and it definitely shows in the service he provided. I would absolutely come back and hope to be served by Erick again!

I came with two friends for a pime rib & baked potato Sunday luncheon to celebrate Valentine’s day. The svice was good, tha atmosphere was good, the 12 oz. prime rib & baked potato my companions orderedwere both very good. I ordered the 16 oz. prime rib with a baked potato. I have to tell you that it was the toughest prime rib I ever had! I should have sent it back to he kitchen. I had a deeply serated steak knife and it was very tough. I ate about a half and took the rest home. Maybe I can save it by cutting it into small cubes and put into spaghetti sauce. Every other time I have eaten a prime rib at Miller’s, the prime rib would melt in my mouth. I don’t know why this steak was so tough!

Everything was absolutely delicious! The spicy sauce is a must-try for anyone who enjoys bold, flavorful heat — it’s got a great kick without being overwhelming. The margaritas were amazing — fresh, perfectly balanced, and a great match for the food. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely terrible service and complete disregard for customers.
I came to pick up an order and stood in the area clearly marked “Pickup.” There was no one there. I waited — nothing.
I went to the kitchen, then to the bar, and was told: “Go wait at the Pickup area.”
I went back — again, no one. I stood there waiting, waving my hands to get staff attention — completely ignored.
While waiting, I watched other customers enter the restaurant. There was no host, no one greeting people, a line forming, everyone confused. This is extremely strange and unprofessional.
I approached the same girl again — the one who told me to wait at Pickup — and showed her that there was literally no one there. She said “One moment” — and then nobody came.
In total, I wasted 25 minutes of my time, never received my order, and eventually left without it.
This place has zero organization, zero communication, and zero respect for customers’ time.
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Management seriously needs to take strict action regarding staff performance, because service like this is unacceptable and drives customers away.

On my way to the airport I just stopped in here. Glad I did. My food was awesome. I ordered Blackened Salmon. It was delicious. I was glad to find a healthy option on the menu. Their menu is extensive so there are many options. There’s also a fully stocked bar and tvs playing the current sporting activities. I’ll go back just to hang out and try a . Check them out. I think you’ll also be glad you did.

RUDE STAFF! You should NEVER SPEAK to 2 Senior ladies the way we were spoken to yesterday. I wonder if the young woman speaks to her elderly family members the way she spoke to us 70 year olds? I tried to contact Corporate online, after filling out the Q and A and writing out my experience, there was no place to click on and send???? I know they closed the location in North Riverside, but they still have them open on the website. Something tells me Miller’s is in trouble. Too bad, we enjoyed going to lunch there, even got food to go, but NOT anymore. Elder abuse!
To the Owner who reached out to me I cannot get back to you, as I am blocked at the MAH/contact there is NO WAY TO CLICK ON SEND the email response. I will ask my daughter to assist me this weekend and try again.
We did speak to Manager Renaldo on Wednesday before leaving the restaurant. He was PROFESSIONAL and KIND, even walking us out talking with us trying to rectify the situation, but we just no longer trusted the establishment.

I have dined here in the past and never left sad. This time I had delivery…. I actually ordered an extra side because I thought my fries would arrive cold. EVERYTHING I ORDERED WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS. I am so going to order from this place again. The driver was fast and polite. The manager was amazing when I called to express my pleasure. Thank you Romano. Will definitely be dining with you guys again.

I will usually order the same thing when we go…zinger fries or wings. They have fried Jalepenos & those are in my top fave appetizer ever! They ate 11/10. I could honestly eat a whole basket myself. My fave drink is the electric blue drink 1 pitcher is about $14 and let me tell you…you will mot be disappointed. We come here alot to watch the fights!
I noticed they closed the chicago ridge location and the north riveraide location is closed often. I hope they dont go away!!!

The food was great, service was decent. We ordered 24 wings, a bucket of beers and a Cesar salad. Wings were delicious, and the salad was amazing. But in the salad there was a random black plastic object that looked like the to go boxes. Other than that everything was great. Just check your food, but as you can see from the empty plate, I would still come back. Lol
