Wow, came in for my birthday sandwich and I ordered a Big John. Well apparently I received a little John with two slices of meat! Literally. I called, and was told this is the serving size. Forgot to give me my soda and I didn’t realize til home. Called and they cannot credit the card I bought my food on through the app. I have to go back to their store and order through them for them to pull up credit from my phone number to get the soda. So basically if I don’t go back to them specifically they get to keep the $ for the soda I didn’t get. And whoever was on phone said they’d otherwise have to refund my whole order and “they wont do that”, repeated it twice like I’m a moron or wanted free food. I told him I don’t want a full refund I want a refund for the drink they missed and I don’t wanna be forced to return to them when I’ve been in McKinney 9 months and this is my first time going there. Lousy customer service. Literally 4 employees were there and none could double ck they had my correct order before bringing it out?
They don’t follow instructions like cutting it in half as is clearly requested on app and on printout, and the pickle looks bad and they can’t even quarter a pickle properly. Sloppy and don’t care.

I called the McKinney store to ask them if they have the number for the Melissa Jimmy Johns, since the number is not listed on internet. I needed to call them because they gave me the wrong order and didn’t give me a receipt. When I called the McKinney store, a girl named Bri told the girl who answered that I can look it up myself. I asked the girl what that lady’s name was and she told me Bri. I called back and asked for the manager and she said she was the manager, I asked her what her name was and she told me I don’t need to know her name. I said I would like to make a complaint on a worker named Bri who was very rude to me. She said she was Bri. I told her I didn’t appreciate her rude comment and she said she hung up on me. Totally unacceptable.

After years of trying, I’ve finally gotten my wife hooked on Jimmy John’s! Only issue is, she wants to eat her number #11 multiple times per week, lol. Unlike some recent reviews, our experience has always been very positive. Always greeted immediately, and welcomed with a smile. I don’t usually call anyone out, but there is a young guy that works at this location with long hair, and a goatee. He is a rock star! Always positive, smiling, saying hello and goodbye to patrons. He’s definitely managment material, almost offered him a position at my company. Take care of him, or you’ll lose him, he’s a rare sight!

I don’t really leave reviews for fast food joints, but this is just crazy. My little john#1 had no ham. It had lettuce, tomato, and mayo. That’s it. How do you forget to put in the main ingredient? I’m speechless. Definitely not coming back here.

Avoid this place! Numerous messed up orders, complained multiple times. Last time, spoke to manager after order was completely wrecked and she tried telling me that the $3 I paid for cheese to be added to a sandwich “couldn’t be seen because it was toasted.” No lie, they have invisible cheese now. Burnt bacon on BLT, sandwiches toasted with veggies on resulting in a hot soggy mess, wrong or absent items in almost every order. Complained to Corporate and Franchise, haven’t heard back. But, aggressive mgr on phone invited me to come up there so we could “handle it.” This place is a trainwreck.

Terrible. Not only did the MANAGER smell like weed I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone came out of the back and took my order. No smile, no “hello” just a “what do you want.” I asked for a #9 with no tomato. After waiting another 5 minutes for 1 sandwich he finally called out my order and immediately walked to the back. I opened it up to check (thankfully) and it wasn’t even remotely what I had asked for. There was roast beef and turkey. AND tomato. ONE AGAIN, I waited at the counter for him to come back out, so I could tell him that this isn’t the correct sandwich. He told me that “that’s what you ordered”…… I asked for the manager and he said he’s the manager. I asked for his name and he says “Aydan” REFUSED to give me a refund even though he messed up. Didn’t even offer to remake it. Unbelievable y’all hire people like this. He doesn’t deserve a job ANYWHERE.

Waited for my order for some time not because my sandwich wasn’t ready but because they couldn’t get the pickle bucket open which is fine I was patient understanding, but to get a rotten pickle after that? Not so understanding. I haven’t had jimmy johns in a while I remembered the crunchy pickle… not the case soggy, sour (not in a pleasant nor intended way) & mostly disappointing.
