Terrible experience. Bathrooms out of TP and smell like urine. Placed an order on the kiosk. It gave me an order number. We waited a half hour. They never had our order. We had to get back on the road. We never ate and will never eat at McDonald’s again. Staff were like zombies you’d best avoid this McDonald’s it is a joke.

Husband and I stopped on our way to Minnesota. Both bathrooms were freezing, the water was ice cold, and the Dyson hand dryers were blowing freezing air. Makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands . Our food took more than 15 minutes and the lady working there just put it on the counter and walked away. Thankfully, we saw it and noticed the number in the bag was ours. We will NEVER stop here again and it honestly makes me hesitate to go to another McDonalds.

The lobby made me uncomfortable food was terribly old and extremely disappointing I asked for a deluxe quarter pounder and it was dry. The buns were old, and all I got was a quarter pounder. The whole order was old fries were soggy nuggets were old and dry. The chicken was dry old. The buns were old. The whole thing was just extremely disappointing and for the price that it was it should’ve been fresh when asked to be freshly dropped. I personally do not think I will ever be back

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, no ketchup. They kept messing up my order. When I got to the window, I said you gave me a double quarter pounder with cheese only. The lady just said sorry about that. Didn’t bother to get the order right

Watched three cars in the drive-through get service from the other lane before I got service. Then we sat in line. For a McDonald’s that is near an interstate and busy. You should staff accordingly or shut down a lane so people know that you’re too busy to service people.

Very unprofessional. I won’t dine in here again. All I could hear, with my children, was employees talking trash about their customers and situations with customers. They don’t have common customer service courtesy whatsoever. I said thank you for my food, no “you’re welcome”. I had a small issue with my good, went up and politely asked for the requested toppings on the side to make things easier, said thank you and again, no “you’re welcome, thanks, have a nice day, none of it. McDonald’s is already over their head with their newest prices and no kids play places anymore. It’s just not worth it, this specific location being very unprofessional. The only thing good were the sandwiches. Nuggets were gross, fries cold and soggy. Choose another restaurant. Thus one is not it.

I normally rate good places five stars, but I couldn’t here. The food was good, but we thought it was a tad allow despite the amount of employees they had. It was quite busy tho, so that didn’t help. So overall, it was a good place to visit. Oh, and the employees were friendly. On 7/5/17 we returned. It was pretty good here today. Food was good and service was great. I’m going to add stars to my rating. At other restaurants at lunch time I could not get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit because “it was not on the menu “, so this time I ordered a sausage egg biscuit and asked them to add cheese.

Unfortunately the staff at this location does not listen very well. I asked for a “Value” item, only to be charged for a regular item, then told I have to wait because I changed the item at the window. Quite a bit different then when I worked at McDonalds years ago when we needed to give service with a smile. Disappointed!! Then I was instructed to pull Ford into a parking stall that you can’t really see the number because it’s covered by a tree but no one at the window is willing to stay there and help give directions.
