They only screw up my order about 2 out of 10 times these days, which for a fast-food joint I find acceptable. There’s an Impossible Burger for vegetarians which keeps me coming back. Plus, they were open during the blizzard last month. Maybe I need better standards.

Odered a double whopper meal, medium w/a Dr Pepper. Ordered a cheese stick meal, large with a Dr Pepper. Ordered an 8 piece chicken fries. Got no fries with my whopper. Got no sauce with my cheese sticks or chicken fries. Got no ice in our drinks. The kid in the drive thru could barely open his mouth to speak. He obviously had better things to do. I’ve had good experiences here. Not tonight. Looks like they need a manager that gives a shit. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

This was a terrible experience at Burger King which is a shame. When I arrived I had just gotten off work.and the lady took forever to get on the intercom telling me she was not ready so I waited. For a few more minutes until I inevitably got too cold and asked her again to which she once again said she was not ready after another minute she finally took my order. I was telling her what I wanted and she told me to slow down. So I did then after I started ordering more she interrupted me and asked if I was done ordering I told her no nd continued my order when I got to the window she took my card and rng me up then threw my food at me and when I asked her name she refused service was atrocious and when I went home to eat the burger was not how I ordered and was ice cold.

As with over 90% of Burger King’s in general, it’s hit or miss. There’s really nothing wrong with that. Most fast food restaurants have pretty much the same expectations.
The last time we visited this location we got raw french fries. We were in the area again, so we decided to give them a second chance.
I’m addicted to the Impossible whopper (which I highly recommend), so that’s what I got again. It was delicious.
The employees were nice, even funny because they were teasing each other as we do sometimes to pass time in the workplace.
We decided to eat inside because the place was empty, and we are still practicing social distancing. Ugh
Our fries were good this time, and we enjoyed being out of the heat.
I would definitely go here again.
Just check those fries to be sure they’re fresh and fully cooked.

I bought a meal for the young person with me, and I had a sandwich! When they brought our meals one of the managers brought me a drink and fries. I wasn’t a person in need, but these folks just care and care some more! They’re wonderful toward customers!

First issue was the whoppers were so cold, the cheese wasn’t melted or soft. The condiments were just thrown on, there was as much mustard on the outside of the bun as inside. The bun was not fresh and the lettuce was brown. There were no clean tables, they looked like they were clean with an old dirty rag. The fries were hot, which is why they did get 1 star. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available. Maybe if the had a manager I wouldn’t have had to throw our whoppers in the trash.

As a vegan, I can’t remember the last time I set foot inside of a Burger King. However, I was incredibly pleased with my visit today and plan to eat here regularly now that they have the Impossible Whopper. The staff was very friendly, the facililty was clean, the Impossible Whopper was amazing, and the Coke Freestyle machine was delicious and fun.

I get it it’s 3rd shift but all those people chilling and my orders still wrong, thanks for making a bad night worse. It’s not that I’m not coming back to this location, but I don’t think I’ll order fast food again. I’d rather not eat than have to fight to get the food I paid for.
