We went through the drive thru today. We would have loved to dine in but time wasn’t on our side today. The gentleman that was helping us today wasn’t the nicest. Which really threw me off. Very dry. Didn’t smile. Didn’t laugh. Wasn’t courteous. Not your typical drive thru experience for me. If you’re role is to be nice and helpful to customers and you Cactus deliver, maybe you shouldn’t be helping guests.
Then at the window, the girl was nice. She handed us our drinks first. We asked her which one was the diet lemonade. She didn’t know and had to ask. Come to find out the person who made the drinks screwed up and told her the wrong drinks. My friend got my drink, took a sip and realized it was mine. How do you not mark drinks that are diet? Especially if they are both cherry berry lemonades?
The food was good. My fruit was fresh. But after such horrible experience, the food tasted basic to me. It didn’t wow me like how is usually does. Pretty sad since Chick fil A makes everyone happy.
I guess in my neck of the woods, my 3 Chick fil As have always delivered such great customer service. So, I just expected the same experience here, I was wrong. I would have rather spent my couple bucks at another joint today. Looking forward to going home in a couple weeks to enjoy my spicy chicken sandwich and the good customer service I’m used to.

Ordered from the app for curbside. Turned my hazards on like the app asked me to. It updated and showed they were working on the order. Then it updated showed they would be bringing it out. I waited over 30 minutes, watched 4-5 sets of cars through the drive through, and they marked my order as complete without even bringing it out.
I didn’t get anything. Absurd. I was plenty visible from the front of the store, with my hazards on the entire time, they carried out multiple orders to the cars next to mine, and clearly saw that a customer was waiting and chose to ignore them and not fulfill the order.
If you decide to use mobile order id recommend driving the extra 15 minutes to get proper customer service. Avoid this location.
The only downfall is not having a clue to find the bathroom code at the bottom of my receipt. I got stuck outside for a few minutes until a manager happened to walk by and assist me. An elderly lady and her granddaughter also had the same problem as me. Good thing I was walking out so they can enter.
I can understand the purpose of this set up. However it is also very inconvenience if the company is trying to build better customer service/reputation… definitely not the way to go about it. The label gave a wrong message and direction to customers.
I’m sure I’m not the first customers nor be the last to voice this concern either.
Once we got our food, they forgot straws, so we had to go back in and grab some before leaving.
We got back and opened it all, the receipt on the bag said the correct food, but the food we got was not what we ordered. Different sandwiches completely.
