Exceptional Experience All Around!
Pinky’s absolutely delivers on every front. The drinks are excellent – expertly crafted and consistently delicious. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance, making it an ideal spot whether you’re catching up with friends or just unwinding after a long day.
What really sets Pinky’s apart is the exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, creating a welcoming environment that keeps you coming back. You can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience.
Highly recommend Pinky’s – it’s become one of my go-to spots for good reason!

Went to Pinky’s for brunch and they did not disappoint. Loved the cute atmosphere! We got there when they first opened at 10am ordered the avocado toast, baby cakes, mini shark coaching and Tres Leche French toast. I’m not a big tres Leche fan but this French toast was yummy! I also ordered the La Dolce Diva affogato and enjoyed it too. We plan to go back and try out the cocktails and other items off the memu.

This was my second visit to the cozy downtown bar, and I absolutely loved the variety of creatively crafted cocktails and handcrafted dishes. The drinks were really good and the food was incredibly delicious, especially the vegan tacos. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Great little bar and grill. It’s a tiny space but has good vibes. More of chic space. The food was great and I had an outstanding expresso martin (not pictured)

Tried this place with my sisters today and it did not disappoint!!! We were surprised that it wasn’t busier. The food was delish, drinks were delightful and the service was great! Atmosphere was perfect, music that we grew up listening to was playing and all the decor is sooo so cute! We will definitely be back here!!!

I was really excited to try Pinky’s for brunch but unfortunately left disappointed (and still hungry). While our server was very kind and attentive, the food itself was extremely underwhelming. After ordering, we were told they were missing key ingredients to prepare several of the dishes. My “chilaquiles” ended up being just plain chips with salsa smeared on top—nothing like what was described on the menu. For the price and the hype, I expected much better. Aesthetically it’s cute and could have so much potential but I won’t be recommending

Came here to try it out since it’s new to the downtown area. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. We walked in around 9:30 PM (even though online it says they close at 12) and weren’t greeted. We stood there for a few minutes unsure of what to do before someone from the bar said they’d be right with us.
When she came over, she told us the kitchen was already closed. The place is also much smaller than it looks in photos, with very limited seating downstairs. After sitting down and looking at the drink menu, no one came back to check on us for several minutes.
Since we were there to celebrate a birthday, we decided to leave. No one acknowledged us on the way out. Overall, not a welcoming first impression.

Fries were a big disappointment, decent nachos and salsa was good.
Would definitely recommend the drinks though! Food is a pass.

Pinky’s was a great find downtown Belton, had a great chicken sandwich “Chicken Menaj” and a nice cold beer “Dallas Blonde Ale”. Service was very pleasant as was the atmosphere.
