I don’t usually think of Red Robin when I’m craving pizza, but I have to say… I stand corrected. The pizza and steak fries deal is seriously amazing.
Somehow they took two things I didn’t expect to order there and made them the star of the show. The pizza was better than it had any right to be, and those steak fries? Still undefeated.
Moral of the story: go for the burgers, stay for the plot twist.

I do enjoy a burger and fries with the Red Robin seasoning every now and then. I even buy it for home for my home-made fries. The burgers are pretty solid. Service can be hit or miss. I really want Red Robin to survive. This location is fairly solid. I’ve been to some locations that are just not good. I hope they find ways to be consistent among all their locations in terms of food quality.

2nd time here, and both times the manager Matt went above and beyond to give me and my wife a good experience. Bringing assortment of sauces, extra fries before we leave, and even an extra free dessert! Buddy did not ask me to leave a review, but I felt it was warranted. Keep it up Matt!

Our server was Brian. He was very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He helped our already great experience become even greater. They staff in general were great. They were friendly and efficient. The food was good and came out quickly. The atmosphere is chill, spacious, comfortable and is decorated nicely.

The restaurant is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food tastes great. the issue is that the prices are quite high for the portion size you get here. I recommend coming here with coupons or special days.

This Red Robin was absolutely amazing! We had managers come to check in on us, had a very kind and attentive, but not pushy server, Liz. She’s still training but really was great at giving us a great experience! Great restaurant service at dinner time for us!

My last experience at this location was pretty poor when ordering a hamburger. It tasted like something that came from the frozen food section of a grocery store. Not the red Robin. I came to expect in love. Fast-forward to today in which I gave them one last chance in ordered The whiskey river barbecue hamburger and it was incredibly good. They have experienced shrink inflation with a higher price in a smaller amount of food, but that’s OK by me I don’t need a hamburger that’s any bigger anyways. Can remind me more of a smash burger actually so I really enjoyed the hamburger. I thought it was very good

The service was on point. The last handful of times we went to Red Robin, we saw a steady decline in the quality of the service, food, and facility as a whole. This time, we only stopped in as a last resort, and were pleasantly surprised! No dry buns, raw turkey burgers, empty glasses, or incorrect orders, this time! The server was very kind, attentive, accurate, and efficient. The food was well-prepared and tasty. The building looks like some repairs have been made. It’s actually an incredible rebound, and we’re willing to try it, again!

My sister Autumn and I came in to this location waiting on an appointment. When we were seating Aliiyah came us and she was a breath of fresh air, loving and bubbly. I haven’t seen that in a long time. She will go far. She was on top of everything she checked on us and because of her I will come back.
