Red Robin has gone downhill so badly over the last couple years. It’s unreal!!!!! It went from being my favorite place to go to and now the worst. They now no longer do the birthday burger if you have rewards and instead it’s a birthday shake. I had the worst experience tonight the server, was so rude and then called be a lier when I was having her explain to me the rewards for the birthday shake. My burger was not cooked how I asked it be and the pineapple on it was so hard and cold, and almost couldn’t eat it. Any ways whole experience was so bad. I will not be coming back her. Can’t believe this place is still in business with the Cleanliness of the store, the customer service, and the quality of food is terrible!!!!!!!!! This is coming from someone who never complains!!!!!!!!!!

I came here for a surprise birthday party. They said our table was ready but the guest needed to leave(it was 6:40). Then by 7pm (our reservation) we weren’t seated. We got seated at about 7:15. Our waitress was great she was able to help our big group. No order was messed up and she made sure the birthday girl was sang too. I got the pepperoni pizza with green peppers. It was great. I liked the flavor and the crispness of the crust. The pizza didnt fall apart after one bite. The green peppers were a great addition.

Went for a lunch date with my daughter and had a great experience. Was greeted right away and sat in a booth that was very clean. They got my daughter a couple crayons and some paper to doodle on, but we ended up just playing hangman. Our server was Hailey and she was phenomenal. Got drink refills before we needed them and she would stop by enough to make sure we never needed anything, but not so much as to detract from our meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

The service was excellent. The poor bartender was running all over, taking care of people, and we never felt neglected. My husband was crazy about his chicken sandwich, and my burger was delicious. The drinks were great too.

I love the variety. If you want a burger, they have so many of those. But if you feel more fancy, salmon, ribs, or even shrimp will be there as well. Also, you can’t go wrong with bottomless sides!

Food has gone way down hill. We got the burger deal and it was fine. Better than McDonald’s but certainly not Red Robin good. The cheese was so fake tasting that it ruined the burger for me.
Also, the stupid tablets sitting on the table have nothing preventing a toddler from making like two touches on it before you get charged a $3 “entertainment fee”.
Fortunately our server was great and the best part of the experience. She removed the fee.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for well over a decade and have never been disappointed. I most always order the same sandwich, the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken. My husband switches back and forth between a few. Well my sandwich did not taste the same as it always had and their basic buns changed and they were just falling apart. My husband’s was a total mess early on. Disappointed in the changes.

Rian was our server and she was really sweet. We went in for my son’s birthday burger. Apparently, I needed to come in at least once this year to activate his reward for the year but she helped comp his meal anyway.

………..YUM! I gotta say; this is a good place for a burger and fries! Both are worth coming back for. Service was great for our table. Wish they had banana shakes. That would make it home for me. I did, however, bring in my own banana. It turned out great!

I have ordered the $9.99 special 3 times now. At the same time of evening in the middle of the week. Each time, it was slightly busy. Plenty of empty seats but busy enough the servers weren’t standing around. The 1st time, the special was Meh. Burger and bun was dried out and fries were too. I didn’t bother utilizing the “bottomless” option . Frankly, the few bites I ate fell far short of the Red Robin Iv enjoyed for decades.
Since I believe even restaurants have bad days, I tried again several weeks later.
2 time was DELISH! Burger was juicy and filled with fresh veggies, bun was soft, fries perfectly cooked. I had one refill of fries and drink that was offered and produced in a pleasent time frame. I thought ok, they have it back on track! Its the reason I wanted to go again.
3rd time… BIG FAIL! I seriously dont know how something that dry and stale would be served. I understand it’s a “Special” in a time of high food prices, but com’mon!! This is Idaho!Steak fries are not supposed to be hollow! Also, the drink was included but I was charged over $3+ for it. My dinning partner was paying so I politely didn’t complain, leaving that choice up to them. Also, the single pendant above our table was so bright and casted such a glare on my glasses, that I could barley see my friend or may food.
I don’t judge a resturant by one bad meal. But I probably won’t chance another stale meal at Red Robin again. Which makes me sad because they used to be one of my favorites.
