I’m done for a while. Seems like they were low on fries or something. Kinda crappy that I spent almost 40$ for dinner (2adults and 2kids meals) and the fries weren’t full. I remember when one would get over flowing fries. And the kids would barter for who got the “bag fries”. But now looks like chick-fil-a is going the way of McDonald’s. So I’ll be taking a break.

I am reviewing this branch not Chick-fil-A in general. The one start is for sure to the managers of this store. We called to complain about a wrong order we received and the first response was we are sorry we will fix the problem and a credit will be added to your app. After 2 weeks, nothing happened and no one picks up the phone when you call and choose the option to speak with a manager. We tried more than 5 times in different days and different times.

Awful customer service. First they left multiple items out of our order. Then when I was across town and realized it, I called to see if they would refund it. Even though they could pull up my order and see what was missing, they claimed driving all the way back to the store was the ONLY was to get my money back. Other options they offered included mailing me a gift card or crediting my non-existent Chick-fil-A rewards account.
It is unclear if this is corporate policy or just a poorly run store but either way it is definitely not a customer 1st approach and I will not be returning.

I have to shout out Makayla working the drive thru the night of 10/16. I go to CFA more than I’d like to admit and the “greeting” I always get in the drive through is “can I get a name for the order” and instead Makayla smiled and said “hi how are you?” so simple but it made such a difference and her smile made me smile. happiness and friendliness are contagious 🙂

Coworkers and I did a pickup order from this location. It wasn’t even busy when they went to pick up – they get halfway back to the office and realize we didn’t get the cool wrap I ordered. They drive all the way back for me to get the cool wrap, but of course by the time I get the food in the office, the fries are ice cold and soggy, not to mention they are still white from being completely undercooked to begin with.
I called to complain and all they could offer was coupons for my next visit. This place has horrible service for a chic fil an and the quality of food doesn’t even meet chic fil a standards. Will never return.

This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN’T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It’s hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It’s my pleasure to bring you this information.

I really keep giving them chance after chance. I’m sick of getting home and half my order is wrong or missing, if you tell them they’re wrong they argue. I have never had so many issues at a chickfila before.
