Decided to try this steak place in contrast to the others in the area. Overall the location was very clean and accommodating. Let’s get into the items that were ordered. The beer was very cold and tasty, definitely want to know who brews their house brand. My wife ordered the strip steak with garlic butter with a loaded baked potato and asparagus on the side. Steak was flavorful but the potato needed some serious seasoning. Asparagus was uneventful. I ordered the ribeye with fries and the chili. The chili was delicious, I wish there was more meat but the flavor was intense. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and needed minimal salt to make me happy. Fries aren’t really worth discussing lol. Big question, would I come back? Not as often as other options in the area but I wouldn’t avoid this place either.

The wait for one person was 20 minutes. I didn’t mind since I was hungry. The service was good. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my time here. My server was attentive in a way where she didn’t bother me every five minutes. 4/5 experience. Thanks!

They dined us without any utensils, and when we requested some, the staff was not particularly helpful. However, the manager was quite attentive once the concerns were raised. The food was exceptionally delicious!

My family and I visited this location on February 22, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. After being seated, the server assigned to our table looked at us but never came to greet or assist us, while another family seated after us was attended to quickly. We waited about 15 minutes before I had to get up and ask for help. Another waitress (who was not assigned to us) kindly stepped in and provided good service, and we appreciated her professionalism.
The food was also below expectations the house salad had far too much dressing and the steak was extremely salty.
What was most upsetting was how ignored and unwelcome we felt. As the only Hispanic family there at the time, the situation felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this so no other family has a similar experience.

Ms. Tina I want to announce how wonderful of a server Ms. Victoria was today. Her Customer Service was paramount, food was pleasing to the eyes and delicious. She treated my father and myself like Royalty. In this day and time great customer is hard to find amongst our young people today. Kudos to Ms. Victoria. Please keep her because she is a great asset to Outback. If I may add, whatever Outback is doing keeping doing it. Customer Service Training- A suggestion. I would add let us be the example for our your people instead of critizing them so they can continue to provide us with superior service. Their hourly rate is poor and should pay much much more. This is hard work, dealing with all these personalities. So try being more kind. I saw some reviews where seasoned adults messing over their plates and blaming the servers and the establishment as a whole. SMH. This why some servers don’t want to serve you because most of you complain and they have no positive examples. This was my 1st time. Soooo what are you going to do? Thanks.

I live down the street from this Outback and have ordered from it several times. NOT ONCE has my order been complete and correct. It doesn’t matter HOW I order it. If I order delivery, if I send my husband to order amd pick up in person, or even if I go to place the order myself. It is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect. I’ve ordered delivery and it arrived in a sealed bag with missing parts of the meal. When I called, I am asked to.come get the missing meal items… after paying the upcharge for delivery service and the delivery fee? If I could leave come to get it, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery! Then I ordered the something again and this time I went to pick it up myself… not the same thing. Why is the food different. It was the spinach dip. I really liked the fresh soft fried tortillas my previous order came with. This time they were different crispy fried tortillas, but okay. Let’s give it one more try because I really like the coconut shrimp with marmalade. My husband went and made the order in person and waited. Food arrived he checked, no marmalade. He asked, they gave him some white-based sauce. He didnt know any better, he asked for what I said, “the orange marmalade that come with th coconut shrimp”. I sit here in frustration with another ruined meal. Not only do I not have the marmalade that should have come with my meal AND was asked for, but the shrimp are soggy and greasy too. After 3/3 screwed up meals in a 3 week span, I am done with this location… again. I gave it another shot, but this location is TERRIBLE. I hate that I have to get Outback from a whole other location when there is one right in my back yard.

We had quite a wait even though the restaurant was not overly busy. I am guessing they were short-handed. The food was mediocre at best. My steak was not properly cooked, and it really did not taste too good. The chicken on the other hand was moist and delicious. There were rowdy old people at the bar area. One woman kept referencing her being in her 70’s. She was behaving more like an undisciplined child. I did not travel all the way out to that restaurant to have my dinner disrupted. The service was decent even though some of the orders were incorrect. We got drink we did not order. We got a glass of water that had something in the ice. One of the sides that were ordered did not come until nearly ewhen the meal was finished. Again, I think rhey just did not have enough staff. By the way, the shrimp was not good, but the sweet potatoes were.
This was our first time to that location, and I doubt we will be going again.

I group of friends and I went to celebrate the life of a friend that recently past. I arrived 30 mins late and most were still waiting to receive their food. Some drinks had not been received. Some main courses came out before the appetizers. Hot tea without sugar, honey or lemon. Salads without salad dressing. After listening to the stories, I simply ordered the blossoming onion and a drink.
The worse part… the waiter delivered a bar drink without the little straw. Ten mins or so later he literally dropped 2 straws into the drink with his bare hands. Everyone knows those straws are picked up/ touched with bare hands, but you do not expect the waiter to hold the straws from the top where you are going to put your mouth and plop them into your drink.
The waiter had 3 or 4 tables, but seems really flustered. Come to find out it was his first time waiting tables. More or refined training is definitely needed.

Let’s start with still having food on our appetizer/bread plates from them not being washed properly, all four of them. Our mushrooms were sent out on a plate with cheese and grease stuck on it (not our cheese and grease), and they were burnt horribly. Out of four meals only one wasn’t burnt, overcooked, or appeared to be bad food. My ribeye ordered medium rare was gray on the edges, and when cut open it was bright pink like tuna, was extremely stringy, the mashed potatoes ran off my fork like liquid. The chicken was dryer than our napkins and the shrimp and pasta in the last meal was burnt. I’ve never sent a meal back, I sent back my entire ribeye meal and declined getting a new one. Spend your money elsewhere unless barely edible is what you desire. Updated the review because I was writing it sitting at the table. After asking for two boxes we waited over 15 minutes while our server was associating with coworkers, so we paid the tab and left, without boxes or a full stomach.
