Had a great experience tonight, Sunday March 1st. The hostesses were extremely busy and had some unruly customers but they maintained a great attitude with all the stress. I don’t think I’ve been in there when it was that busy. We had 7 in our party and I was told it was going to be 50-60 minutes. I got my text to gather my party in 31 minutes. Great job to the staff.
My experience got even better with our server. Haylee A did an amazing job. She had two tables to take care of because of my party size. She did it like a pro. She was extremely personable and was very attentive. We got to share that we knew the same people from our home area. Small world as it seems. Big shout out to Haylee A! Exceptional service. The entire staff is always great to us. With all the birthdays tonight they had a great attitude the entire time. Thank you to the Muskegon Texas Roadhouse for taking such great care of us.

Was in town due to work trip and wanted to get nice dinner after long working day. Texas Roadhouse is my regular place to have nice steak, but it was horrible this time. This location was really packed, but steak was poorly done with mostly burnt! Trying to be nice so didn’t complain to manager, but they should never serve this piece of junk burnt meat to any customer! It was obviously looked bad, but never bothered to serve! Server was very nice and professional! Not sure who was grilling this piece of burnt meat

First off, the waitress Riley was very sweet and attentive, she definitely knows what she’s doing. the reason i put 3 stars is because there was a group the same size as ours (2) that came in after us, yet got seated before us while we had to sit and wait, i know this isn’t how it should happen because i’m a hostess myself. there was two people at the host stand , a lady (i don’t know her name, but her hair was cut very short and i think she was wearing glasses) and a teenage boy, we could loud and clearly hear her rude attitude with him while he was visibly calm, it just made me sad to see that. she wasn’t sounding the nicest while she was telling us to go sit and wait, talking to us as if we are a burden almost. Besides that the food was great and the server was even better.

The menu is misleading. I ordered the shrimp which states off to the side it’s served on a bed of rice and I get two sides. When my food came out it was two shrimp skewers on a bare plate and my sides. I inquired and my server (who was wonderful btw) stated they have to tell everyone the menu is incorrect. Why would you put that on the servers? Just correct the menu SMH. Food was mid, the price was very fair. I got a shrimp meal my daughter got the steak meal and we got one or two appetizers I believe it was under $70.

Ordered apple pie desert to go after a small hiccup (pie was frozen solid )and no silverware or napkins …the wonderful manager made it right and boy it was a home run. Warmed up it was delicious thank you she was very kind. I love this location they always have great food.

Very nice evening after Christmas, our server Melissa was the absolute best hands down! She made sure we had plenty of drinks and our food came out in a timely manner well prepared and and memorized our orders without having to remind her who ordered what! Really great place, not too busy was in and out in less than an hour.. will recommend to someone looking for steak and baked potato in this area! Oh, and don’t forget to ask for Melissa to be the server, you will not be disappointed!

Went here Nov 5th to pig out before my spinal surgery the next day! It was packed, but our wait wasn’t longer than maybe 10 minutes. We were sat in the HUGE corner booth at the bar area. It was just 2 of us. They must have known we were going to eat a lot because we had that whole table covered in food. They had the whole place decorated for Christmas already and it was beautiful! Our waitress was beyond joyful and nice. Very accommodating and knew her stuff! I wish I could remember her name, but yup, she was amazing! I would definitely recommend this location!

Thank you to Eliana for being the best server I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. When I got there we were on a waiting list, it was busy as usual but we waited over an hour and they ended up letting 3 different parties go before us. When we called the Manger, he was extremely nice about it and kept apologizing even though it’s wasn’t his fault.
