We had a nice family outing to celebrate a birthday. It was quiet in the restaurant at the time. Our party had a reservation. He thought it was strange that he received a text stating that if they weren’t there within 5 minutes, his reservation would be canceled even though they had plenty of time before the reservation time. The four of us enjoyed our meals. We do like that this location is more updated. The appetizers were great. The entrees were tasty. We will be back to this location again!

This is my new favorite Olive Garden location even if it a longer drive than my local one! It feels more spacious than other Olive Garden restaurants I have been to in AZ. We went as a large party (15 people). Waiter Ali and Jayna were amazing!! They were extremely attentive and thought of everything as we celebrated our friend’s daughter for her birthday. The food temperature was perfect. Appetizers came out in a timely manner. I like to order the soup and salad, but love the calamari starter first. The breadsticks could have been a tad softer, but Ali took care of it and brought fresh ones. I like to order the Alfredo sauce for dipping. It did not disappoint. May is suggest another bathroom? We sat way on the other side of the restroom. It is quite a hike.

We haven’t been to an OG in probably ten years… we don’t really do carbs, but soup and salad sounded good. The wait staff was great. Adam was so attentive, always there asking if we needed something, right before we needed it and quickly heading back. The young man waiting tables next to us, same thing. Just everyone hustling, but not in a “rushed” way… just a very “taking care of the customer” way. We asked for a bag for our breadsticks and he quickly said, “Let me get you fresh ones.” We explained that wasn’t necessary, but again, it showed their exemplary customer service.

Haven’t been to Olive garden in a few years due to being unsatisfied with my last couple of visits. Finally decided to try them out again. I’m not a fan of the kiosks. Their UI is slow and it didn’t allow for a seamless, quick easy look up of potential drinks/appetizers in my opinion. Waited around for the server because we couldn’t find something in the kiosk. Must have waited about 15 to 20 minutes until he finally showed up. We ordered our food and I noticed a lack of breadsticks. I figured it was something they didn’t give anymore since last time I was here they just brought them to the table without asking. After taking several bites of my potato soup I glanced around and saw other tables with bread. I patiently waited for the server to come back but he was too busy with other tables. I finally decided to flag down a food runner and ask him if he could bring breadsticks out and he did. When the main dishes came out I noticed that a lot of the pasta was a little stiff and dry around the edges like if it was sitting out for too long. This was the same for all of the three plates my family they ordered. Even the lasagna fritta was stale and hard to chew. The flavor was overall good but I couldn’t help but feel like it I was eating some reheated dinner or something since the pasta didn’t taste fresh. Given the price of these dishes and the lackluster waiting, I’m done with Olive garden for good. I expected more. Nothing against the waiter who was possibly struggling due to being short staffed or something but this just wasn’t it.

I ordered Olive Garden’s new dish to go, which I’ve had before and really enjoyed. The last time it was flavorful, saucy, and delicious. This time, it didn’t even resemble the picture on the menu. There was no sauce at all, the pasta was dry, and the meat was tough. Very disappointing experience, especially after knowing how good it can be when made right.

We came to Olive Garden with a party of 13 after finding a long wait at Twin Peaks, and what a blessing that turned out to be! Eric was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. Patient, attentive, and incredibly kind, he made sure everyone in our large group was well taken care of. Service like his made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you, Eric, for making our night such a great one!

We went for our 13th Anniversary. I had Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and my husband had soup and salad. We both chose minestrone soup which was terrific. Of, course we had their delicious bread sticks. The waiter was very attentive and our food arrived quickly. The chicken Parm was so good, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. My husband’s salad was also delicious and came in a huge bowl. It was a wonderful experience. We had to take home part of our dinner and when we asked the waiter if we could take the extra bread sticks home, he actually went in the kitchen and brought out newly baked ones and put the ones on the table in with them. So nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
