placed a mobile delivery order at 4:04 PM, and the app marked it as delivered at 4:26 PM even though nothing was delivered. I called the store and was told they’d send another order within 45 minutes. An hour later, they claimed it was “out for delivery,” but nothing ever arrived. I called multiple times, waited outside, and still never received my food.
They eventually said they would send another pizza for the third time. When I asked for a refund instead, the employee had an attitude and hung up on me when I asked if I would receive a receipt.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa Johns, ordering almost twice a week. Since this location opened, I’ve had repeated issues with orders and delivery. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
So, the refund I was supposed to issued back in 24 hours never came instead the pending charge was posted on my account.

I went up there twice because of the pizza when I go up there the females in there are rude they asking me what’s wrong with the pizza they will eat instead of accommodating my request. 05/14/2024 11:35p.m once called them to let them know they sucked they teeth and put me on hold I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. The females in there were more focused on talking to men instead of doing the work. Worst location ever will not be ordering again.

I made an order for my work. We needed it delivered at 6:45 for an event we had. I go ahead and put the order and it says that it was going to be ready by 5:03 which I am worried this means they might deliver too early. I call to make sure they come at 6:45 as I indicated in the order and I am on hold for 25 min and no answer. Turns out they deliver at 5:10 what needed to not happen before the food was just going to be cold. Terrible experience

The worker wouldn’t give me my order! I showed her my order number,email, even my DEBIT card then she FINALLY gave me my pizza….. After 5 minutes. Extremely unprofessional worst experience ever. She thought I was trying to steal? The other 1 Star reviews are correct

I placed an online pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 8:15 PM. When I arrived, the staff said, “coming right up.” It’s now 8:57 PM, and I’m still waiting—for a simple cheese pizza.
There’s no one consistently at the register, and the level of service is unacceptable. This is by far the worst Papa John’s location I’ve been to. Management seriously needs to address how this store is being run. It’s the closest one to my home, but after this, I’m taking my business to competitors.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at like 3. my online wait time was 25-35 min. i finally got my pizza 1hour and 45 min later. the pizzas were burnt and the bread sticks were dry. I called to have them replaced and I was told it was going to take an extra two and a half hours for my order to get here. I then asked for a refund. I was told that it would take over a week for my refund to return to my card. So then I was told it was going to take another two and a half hours to get me my order remade and sent to me anyway with no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Placed an order online for pickup I received a notification that my order was ready, so I headed inside. The store had 3-4 delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) waiting, but when I asked if my order was ready, they told me it would be about five minutes.
I waited in my car right out front where I could clearly see the store. Thirty minutes later, my order still showed “Ready for Pickup” online. I finally called the store while walking back in, and as the phone rang, I heard an employee ask another worker named Tom to answer it—his response was, “No, not right now.”

Google we should be able to give 0 stars because some establishment don’t deserve what the don’t care to give Tim is very rude the young lady there ain’t no better. For a business to get such low ratings and NOTHING is done about says alot about the area managers this is sad….
