We stop at Cracker Barrel regularly while traveling because they are consistent. This one was no different. Server struggled a little but was fine. Food was hot and fresh. Nice meal and time to stretch our legs before hitting the road again.

Of all the times I have visited, I have never had a bad experience. Some breakfast plates seem to have gotten smaller but lunch and dinner seem to be the same. Same cozy atmosphere, same great service, same great experience. It feels good to go somewhere quiet, with good food and great feels.

They have some hash brown casserole that’s absolutely nasty. The potatoes are not cooked all the way and they taste like hard rice kernels. Pancakes were good. Eggs are eggs. The sausage and bacon are not worth mentioning. They have one ham that has a sweet glaze on it. That was unique and decent. There’s way better restaurants in the area that I would much rather eat at.

Stop by when visiting where my Father grew up. This place never disappoints me! I love the country store and the “at home” atmosphere. The food is always delicious and the staff smiling ready to help. I’m all about breakfast when I come but I have tried other dishes such as the pot roast and the fried chicken and all were delicious everytime!

I was very dismayed by my visit to Cracker Barrel. There is not one where I live but I’m traveling and I stopped here due to fond CB memories. Yes, I’ve read about the stuff going on but I poo pooed it to people with an agenda. Unfortunately the nay sayers are right. The food isn’t good, the quality isn’t good. Cracker Barrel used to be known for its country fried catfish. However, whoever prepared this might as well have stolen my money. The fish was apparently frozen for an indefinite period of time. But not only did its appearance look as if they had lightly battered it and just dip it in grease without it fully cooking, Cracker Barrel, this fish was OFF. PLEASE DON’T SERVE FOOD LIKE THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. I wasted my money, but after the attempt to eat it, I know I saved my life by not consuming it. It should be a crime to steal people’s money like this. I’m done with Cracker Barrel. Never again. The days when people took pride in serving good food is gone from this place. This was not my first experience with this restaurant’s poor quality food.
